The Air Curtains should be in a metal casing, strong, fire resistant, simple installation and easy cleaning. They should have double air way deflectors design obtaining an even air stream so that it creates an invisible air barrier over the doorwaythat prevents the inner cool/warm air from going outside and also prevents insects , dust etc from entering inside the ward. The Dimensions of doors are 1.Width 6’2”, Height 9’ 2. Width 4’ 8” , Height 9’ Note: There is no space above the doors so both the Air Curtains have to be fixed by sides and not from the top. The specifications of Air Curtains should be: Material of cabin-- Cold rolled mild steel 1. Base Plate- 16 SWG 2.Body-18 SWG 3.Grilles- 20 SWG 4. Blower Housing- 20 SWG Interior Finish- Anti Rust treatment with Primer paint, Exterior Finish- HT Paint/Stove painting (Powder Coating), Fans and Motors- The multiple forward curved centrifugal type Aluminum Fan wheels statically and Dynamically balanced driven by extended motor shaft. The job also includes providing and fitting of 4mm sq wire of suitable length to be connected to the main power supplies of each unit, SPN’s- 02No’s, baton, PVC clamps and gutties etc. Complete Job includes cost of Material, Transportation, labour charges and all types of taxes. |
