(ii) Adequate resources shall be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completedwithin 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues. |
