ACSR weasel conductor shall be supplied by the Department. 39 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x70 Sqmm by Drillingmethod. Only cable shall be supplied by the department. 40 Hoisting of cable by 2.5mm GI pipe 6 dia,cable clamp with nut bolts. 41 High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x70 XLPE along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment. 42 Laying ofLT Cable 1x240/400 sqmmsqmm with suitable size of Al lug. All material provided by department. Except Alu. Lugs 43 Construction of Masonry type Distribution Pillar box with first class brick ballast cement, coarse sand, local sand, brick ballast and MS Round bar of 10 mm dia including supply and mounting of 04 nos. Straight MS Angle 50x50x6x750 mm-3 nos., Henely type tailless fuse units 500 Amps. 650 Volts 3 no. for incoming and other for outgoing, Copper bus bar 4 nos. 1000x50x6 mm with locking arrangement made of 18 SWG BP Sheet (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 44 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr. With Ist class bricks and masonary work in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse ,filling the structure completely as per norms with RCC top 1:2:2 cement sand coarse stone grit with ms bar and MS channel for resting T/F all material shall be supplied by Contractor. 45 Rectangular wiremess pel fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter height fabrication with 45x45x5 mm angle the frame should also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support the wiremesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25mm made of 12 S.W.G. wiremesh shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wiremesh welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. The vertical angles shall be grouted 1/6 of its length in ground with 1:2:2 ratio of cement, coarse sand & concrete provision of gate for entry should be provided with pad lock. 46 Pipe type earthing of transformer with 20 mtr deep borring and providing Jindal make GI pipeB Class 1” dia (20 mtr GI pipe) and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor. 47 Bore type pipe earthing for Power Transformer and Earthing of Control Pannel With GI Strip 50x6 mmx10 meter, GI Pipe 120 Fit 1.5 inch and copper mat at 33/11 KV S/S Kaproorthala, Nirala Nagar, Mahanagar & ITI under EUDD Mahanagar LESA T.G. Lucknow. All material shall be supplied by the contractor. 48 Bore type pipe earthing for Control Pannel With GI Strip 1.25 inch, 60 fit depth GI Strip 32x5mmx10 Meter at 33/11 KV S/S Kaproorthala, Nirala Nagar, Mahanagar & ITI under EUDD Mahanagar LESA T.G. All material shall be supplied by the Contractor. 64 Ordinary earthing of pole by MS earth Rod 2500 mm long & GI strip of size 40x5 mm as per RESPO Schedule. Earth rod, GI strip, nut bolts shall be provided by the contractor. 65 Grouting of pole with the help of Cement, Course sand and brick ballast. 66 Painting of pole by two coat of red oxide and two of Al. Enamel paint. (All material arranged by the contractor) 67 Installation & commissioning of 11/0.4 KV 250 KVA T/F including its connection from 11 KV line and LT line mounting of copper L-Pieceproviding and fixing of Al crimping Lugs ,all material provide by department except nut bolt and copper L-Piece.(All the material except transformer will be arranged by the contractor) 68 Installation & commissioning of 11/0.4 KV 400 KVA T/F including its connection from 11 KV line and LT line mounting of copper L-Pieceproviding and fixing of Al crimping Lugs, all material provide by department except nut bolt and copper L-Piece.(All the material except transformer will be arranged by the contractor) 69 Dismantling of existing 250 KVA T/F by Opening of all the HT/LT Connection and its safe carriage upto JE Dump store /ESC Daliganj. 70 Dismantling of 100 KVA T/F opening of all the HT/LT connection and earthing. Loading and carriage from site to JE dump store/central store by the help of crane or by other safe method.
