The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All related plinthing material will be arrange by the contractor asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules.. 64 Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by manual drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) 65 Fixing and providing ofHeat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable and 33 KV 3X300 sq mmISI mark jointing kit Outdoor. 66 Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cableproviding GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on single pole support including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. 67 Construction of complete T/F plinth size 3mx3m x 0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing. Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. All material will be arrange by the contractor asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules.. 68 Safe shifting and mounting of 33/11 KV 10 MVA T/F on the transformer plinth. This work includes dragging loading, shifting, lifting and complete assembling after placing on the plinth.All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor. 69 Special earthing of PowerT/F neutral by boring 2 dia 20 feet long G.I. pipe in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick. All material will be arrange by the contractor asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules.. 70 Safe shifting and removing of 33/11 KV Power T/F from theplinth. This work includes dragging, loading,unloading, shifting, lifting, complete removing from the plinth and carriage from site to store.All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor. 71 5 MVA 72 8 MVA 73 Eerection, grouting, plinthing & painting of 11 mtr double pole double support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like channel,, angle iron etc.grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting , plinthingmaterial will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule,only S.T.Pole provided by Deptt.) 74 Earthing of support/Pannel complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. (All material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule) 75 Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio !:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling.(Grouting and all material will be arranged by the contractor with one year gauranty asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules.) 76 Laying of single 11 KV, 3x185/3x120 sq mm XLPE cable normal soil by digging of trench 900 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between o.25 mtr. to .40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor. 11 KV cable provided by Deptt.) 77 Fixing ofHeat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 11 KV, 3x185/3x120 sq mm XLPE cable and 11 KV 3x185/3x120 sq mmISI mark jointing kit will be arrange by the contractor with one year gauranty asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 78 Outdoor/indoor jointing kit 79 Straight through jointing kit 80 Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185/3x120 sq mm XLPE cableproviding GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with providing all required material arrange by contractor with one year gauranty asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 81 Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth in size 1.5x1.5x 1.8 mtr. Height, including 0.6 mtr. below G.l. in bottom 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast; concreting upto 15 cm. thickness after ramming should be done. Thickness of 1st class brick work should be 0.35 mtr. below G.L. and above G.L. It should be 0.23 mtr. brick work bill be done with 1:4 cement, sand mortar, The space between the four walls should be filled with sand by ramming and watering keeping a space of 0.15 mtr on lop for 1:2:4 cement stone ballast and sand concreting. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site in charge. All the sides of wall above G, L. should be plastered by 1:6 cement sand mortar having 12 mm thickness. 82 Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangements, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm. length of 1.5 m. on all the sides as per standard practice and design. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 M. above ground level. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. 83 Erection & commissioningof T/F 400/250/100 on D.P. along with HT/LT connections with copper L-piece. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site in charge. All the sides of wall above G, L. should be plastered by 1:6 cement sand mortar having 12 mm thickness.
82	Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangements, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm. length of 1.5 m. on all the sides as per standard practice and design. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 M. above ground level. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work.
