Renovation of 6.6 KV, HT panel consisting of 5 panel i/c incomer of Fuji Denki Siezo KK Japan make at Kilokri old SPS by carrying out following works:-Dismantling of existing panels, cleaning & dust blowing with the Air blower & MTO etc.

Overhauling of OCB of incomer & outgoing by cleaning of inner male & female contacts with CRC 26 & MTO i/c polishing the same, silver coating of contacts.Removing the deformation of panel trolley base & repairing of mechanical mechanism by replacing the lock, spring & lever etc. lubrication & greasing the system for smooth functioning of ON/OFF.Re-alignment of insulators & chain metallic of tank with complete moving system of upward side & down ward side, shaft of OCB.Job also includes strengthening of the wiring.Providing acrylic sheet in black colour by engraving ON/OFF position on the panel & testing the system in perfect order.

Servicing / Overhauling of 6.6 OCB, cleaning of inner male & female contacts with CRC-26 & MTO.Renovation of mechanical system by re-fixing the lever, lock & spring etc. lubrication & greasing the system for smooth ON/OFF operation of OCB’s.Rechecking of wiring testing the same on loads job also i/c P/F of acrylic sheets duly engraving of ON/OFF & testing the same in perfect order.

Replacement of transformer oil of panel reservoirs after proper cleaning. (Make:- Savita / Power Oil).

Dehydration of transformer oil.

Proper insulation of bus bar with HT tape & epoxy coat painting of the same.

Improvement of the relay panel wiring as per original layout etc.

Replacement of 3 Nos. HT fuses of existing rating & type i.e. as per sample & re-fixing the auxiliary contacts in perfect alignment.

Replacement of tulip contacts, porcelain insulators (as per sample), insulating the panel mounted insulators with HT epoxy paint complete jobs in all respect.

Replacement of cluster contacts as per sample.

Repairing of base frame channel of the panels & replacement of CI wheels to make the smooth movement of the panel trolley.

Replacement of jointing kits insulation with new one, testing the panel on full load as a complete unit.Job also i/c minor items, T&P & Cartage etc. complete job as per the IER guidelines.
