| 1 | Improvement & Servicing of imported (Alley & Machlellan) make 1100mm dia CI double flanged non rising spindle, sluice valve of rising main No. 1 by carrying out following works:-Complete removal of upper dome, gland box by cutting the same with gas cutter & taking out upper parts with the help of department EOT from the valve i/c nut bolts & washer of upper dome by spanners and gas cutter with taking all safety precaution. |
| 2 | Making arrangement for dewatering to meet any emergency during execution of the job. |
| 3 | Closing of top with dead flange for operating purpose and dead top end with dead flange of existing size with packing and required nut bolts etc. |
| 4 | Replacement of CI gland plate as per sample. |
| 5 | Replacement of SS spindle with GM nut and CI wheel etc. as per sample. |
| 6 | Replacement of CI flap and fixing of GM ring as per sample. |
| 7 | Providing / Fixing of MS nut bolts and washers and packing etc. as required to complete the job. |
| 8 | Fitment / Re-assembling of all parts with the help of EOT tightening of fasteners, loading / unloading making of all safety provision during execution of work as per requirement. |
| 9 | Testing & Commissioning on load i/c all cartage and emergency, tools & fasteners, loading / unloading making of all safety provision during execution of work as per requirement. |
| 10 | Renovation / Overhauling of 500mm dia CI sluice valves imported make – 2 Nos. double flanged:-Providing non rising spindle with nut. |
| 11 | Job work:- Making of temporary platform at the depth of approx. 20 feet above the dry sump level around the valve for safe working byepass of rising main No. 1. |
| 12 | Lapping of LTB2 rising, machining of door surface i/c to & fro transportation charges upto local workshop and back to site. |
| 13 | Opening of upper dome of sluice valve, removing / cutting all nut, bolts. |
| 14 | Taking out of old spindle and nut. |
| 15 | Fixing of new spindle and nut as per sample. |
| 16 | Providing of gasket, damaged nut and bolt etc. |
| 17 | Cleaning of valve inside to clear all debris storing at ring. |
| 18 | Fixing of door. |
| 19 | Testing & commissioning of sluice valve after complete assembling on full load under the supervision of site Engineer job i/c all contingencies, tool & tackle etc. as per NHRC guidelines. |
