Strengthening of Suction & Delivery header line of 400mm dia size / 350mm dia by opening of NRV & allied specials for smooth flow of abandoned line of 6 MGD pump set No. 1 by using manual labour & T&P etc. as per site requirement.

Making provision of scaffolding, shuttering work for safe working of manpower & machinery etc. with all safety measures to avoid any mishappening.Job i/c dismantling of shuttering after completion of work & also involve the transportation charges to & fro, loading / unloading etc.

Removal of settled silt / sludge manually from 400mm dia size suction line & 250mm dia zigzag delivery line by manual labour.

Dewatering provision at site with the help of heavy duty dewatering pump sets for making workable conditions at site.

Making safety arrangement at site of work for workman and equipments like existing motor & pump sets.Job includes plates, jacks etc. /i/c cartage & dismantling after completion of work.

Re-fixing of the NRV & specials etc. after cleaning of line & removal of the silt / sludge with the help of skilled manpower by making provision of nut bolts, packing sheet etc. as per site requirement.

Disposal of silt / malba etc. from site of work & dumping the same at suitable site.
