(n) Service engineer report shall be submitted for every monthcheck about the performance and maintenance of DG sets.if fail the contrator to submit report Rs 1500/- per DG will be recorver from RAR (o) Highly skilled labours and tools for maintenance/ checks repairs /replacement is deemed to be included in the rate quoated by the contractor. (p) Coolant, distilled water shall be measured under relevant items (q) Engine Oil shall be measured under relevant items (r) Replacement of fuel /Oil/ Air filter shall be measured under relevant items. (s) Replacement of spares shall be measured under relevant items. (t) The tradesmen employed must wear the uniform with name plate with name of contractor, under whom he is working. The amount of Rs.1000/- will be recovered in case of Non-wearing the uniform with name plate.
5Srl item No. 2 (Contd/....) (u) Insurance cover for the Employed people is must and sole responsibility of the contractor. Documentary evidence shall be submitted by the contractor to the department. (v) The amount of Rs. 500/- for each installation will be recovered for Non-greasing of water pump, alternator bearings cleaning of DG set and Non-replacement of fanbelt, radiator hose, diesel pipe and spare parts DG sets etc., (w) Mechanic, Supervisor and Maintenance Engineer must be skilled and must have knowledge of maintenance of DG sets and attending minor and major fault when it arise.
6Taking down the existing defective Self starter from Genset 12V Capacity any type installed at various installation and replacement of worn out spares like Bendex drive, carbon brush, solinoid coil, Armature including rewinding starter, refixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
7All as per item No.3 here-in-before but 24V Capacity any type.
8Servicing to AMF panels of following capacity DG including cleaning with blower, cleaning with CRC spray,checking the bus bar connections /power cable from main bus bar to ACBs/MCCBs and out going cable coonections , tightening of all bolts,nuts at power cables/ bus bar/ outgoing cables including replacement of damaged/burnt lugs, replacement of deteriorated copper wiring, checking the power contactors,ACBs/MCCBs for serviceability, rectifying of loose connections, removing contactors and cleaning the points, refixing it in its original position,removing the carbon deposit including servicing to ACBs/MCCBs in the panel and reconditioning of door lock complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) MCCB/contactors/OLR required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items
