Name of Work: ANNUAL AFLOAT REPAIR WORKS OF AD MANIMALA AT IWT MARADU TERMINLA KOCHI DURING THE YEAR 2023-24

1Surface preparation of chipping, wire brushing, cleaning & paintings for complete structure includes side pontoons, main pontoonfrom above water level surfaces, boom, service crane, side railings, front stabilizers, rear spuds, wheel house, engine top shielding cover plate, air bends, vents, hatches & other onboard machinery etc.1.) Side pontoons- 2 no: 20.00 Sq.m,2)Main pontoon- 1 no : 70.00 Sq.m, 3.) Boom and cylindersfor arm, bucket etc–1no:30.00 Sq.m Labour & material charges
2Painting of entire area (as mentioned above in S.L.No:1) and other out fittings with 2 coats of epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy marine quality enamel of existing colour. 1.) Side pontoons - 2 no : 20.00 Sq.m,2)Main pontoon- 1 no : 100.00 Sq.m, 3.) Boom and cylinders of arm, bucket etc–1 no:10.00 Sq.m Labour & materail charges
3Renevaland welding of MS plate of thickness 5mm of ship building qualityprovision for unseen plate renieval after chipping, wire brishing etc, including labour and material cost.
4Supply and fitting of new diesel filling pump as per existing type including labour charges.
5Cost of spares (on actual + 10% basis) will be reimbursed
6Renewal of bucket cylinder seals with new ones (due to oil leakage) as per samples includes labour cost
7Cost of Spare parts will be reimbursed on(Actual+10%) basis
8Repair of bottom damaged curved M.S plate offront balloon STBD side by cutting and removal of lower portion and strengthening the inner structure & top holder portion by replacing the damaged plates with new one and renew the lower portion with new M.S plate size: 2 M X 2 M with thickness 6 mmexisting circular curved shape as per marine standard and also . Labour and material cost.
9Repairing of Both side stabilizer balloon top handle portion by replacing of damged plates with new one with 8 mm thickness including labour and material cost.
10Chroming plating for shaft of spud cylinderincluding labour and material charges
11Dismantling of boom cylinder and renewal of cylinder with new one and re metaling and machining of shaft and renewal of bushes including labour charges
12Cost of Spare parts will be reimbursed on(Actual+10%) basis
13Strengthening of Side railings (Port & STBD sides) Size: 40 X 40 mm & 40 X 20 mm square & rectangular pipe respectively on on-board dredger to be properly welded at damaged potionsat the base portion as per Marine standard includes labour and material cost.
14Dismantling of both side spuds and inserting 2 no\"s holes inn each spuds dia as per sample and welding with pipe pieces including labour and material cost
15Re-writing of vessel name, logo (IWAI), registration no, Port of registry, GRT with size: 200 mm x 20 mm, load line, draft marking (above water level), Fire no: 101, Police no: 100 (both Port and STBD sides) etcproperly and also writing on LSA & FFA with vessel name, reg no, port of registry to be marked clear visibility as per KIV rules including labour and material cost
