Tender Details

Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -Scope of Work The contract will be initially awarded for one year which may be extended for another two years on yearly basis on the same terms & conditions on mutual consent of both the parties. 1. Bidder shall maintain & repair the said equipment to keep it under normal working condition for normal usage for organization for entire contract period. 2. Bidder shall provide services through its employees: a. as OEM OR b. OEM’s authorized partners (Certificate of OEM must be attached) 3. 4. Each call will be attended within 24 hours without fail. The parts which are to be replaced should be of the same or higher rating/configuration of OEM. In case of replacement of defective parts, the parts should be accompanied with proper challan mentioning details of part replaced. 5. 6. Any preventive repair required will be intimated well in advance. Planning & Convergence Department will keep record of machine failure including the nature of failure date and time of booking the complaints. This record shall be signed by the Service Engineer after resolving the raised complaint. 7. The contract charges shall be Fully Comprehensive including all spares (Except consumables), time, expertise, cost of travel, transportation in case of sending faulty machine at repair centre or alternate arrangements shall be inclusive in the contract. NO OTHER CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE. 8. The quantity offered for maintenance may increase or decrease as per the requirement of this Department. 9. The bidder firm agrees that have adequate Technical expertise / Field experience/ Infrastructure facilities/ Spares in stock / Business arrangement with OEM/ Back up facilities, Telephone contacts, Manpower and Statutory Government approvals /registrations. Documentary evidences will be produced on demand. 10. Bidder should provide an escalation matrix mentioning the contact address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, FAX number for all the escalation points. 11. The bidder can inspect the site that at their cost during the working hours before quoting the rates and ascertain about the facilities/ hindrances and generally obtain their own information on matters effecting the rates and execution of the work. The rates quoted will be final. 12. Routine Preventive maintenance once in each quarter with inventory health status report. Preventive Call Report must be submitted with the invoices for respective quarters. 13. The Onsite Support engineer should be qualified with MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) / CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification and possess adequate Technical expertise to resolve the problem within stipulated time. 14. 15. Consecutive 3 (Three) absence of call will lead to rejection of agreement. In case the Service is not provided as per terms and conditions, the Department is free to engage any other service provider and the cost shall be deducted from the approved service provider. 16. 17.
