16M&L for Maintenance and servicing of alternator of any make of any capacity by opening the end cover, cleaning the dust and rust formed over the terminals, cleaning with CTC liquid up to the satisfaction and checking of diodes, excitation winding, isolating transformer and AVR panel and applying Dr. beck paint for insulation improvement over the strips/winding and drying till getting satisfactory insulation resistance complete, and refixing the covers and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity of DG Sets for 560KVA all as directed.
17M&L for repair of Head reconditioning of 710 BHP Diesel Engine by dismantling of old unsv/burnt spare parts including replacement of spare parts as required and re-assembling of all parts with new one as per existing after carrying out necessary repairs including testing and commissioning complete all are as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of DG Sets for 560 KVA all as directed. 67Repair/Maintenance of Electricity Operated Lifts 02 (Two ) Nos RACK & PINION TYPE, MEKASTAR make installed in dry dock area testing as specified and as recommended by the manufacturers and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth, safe and efficient functioning including all spares/accessories etc. of compatible make as specified by the OEM except the spares as catered here under complete and allas specified in particular specification and as directed.

75Ovehauling of the complete tracks by replacement of small wornout parts and accessories like springs, clamps, nut and bolts and removal of the rusts by grinding, cleaning and renewal wherever necessary.
76Repair/ Replace passenger cabins by changing enclosures with SS sheets inside, providing non-skid mats for floors, provisioning scissor type doors along provisioning of sufficient illumination & ventilation system.
77Load test to be carried out as standard procedure by competent authorized person, load blocks arrangement, handling, transportaton & securing of load blocks should be contractor"s scope.
78M&L for painting of lift structural members post surface preparation to ST3 standard. One coat of primer, one coat of anticorrosive and finish coat of PU paint complete all as marine standard specifications.
79Repair/ Overhauling of LT Motor of capacity 250 HP (187.5kW) including Dynamic Balancing of Rotor, Bushings, Undercutting, metalizing of end shield covers, Reconditioning of Rotor Shaft at Bearing Locations (Both ends), Replacement of Rotor Shaft, Replacement of Cooling Fans, Terminal Blocks, (Supply by OPGC): The procedure of LT Motor Rewinding/Overhauling at OPGC as follows:- (a) Careful disassembly of the motor, remove old windings (b) Cleaning of stator core & slot suitably with compressed air/mechanical cleaning/chemical cleaning. (c) Hot Spot testing of stator cope and re-staggering of the stator core if required (d). Rewinding of stator with good quality material and specified insulation if required by intimating Engineer In-Charge. (e). Varnishing & Drying of Winding (f). Repair of rotor (Stamping only) if required, bearings to be replaced if required, bearing covers to be repaired/replaced as per requirement.
80(g) Use phase insulation in all three phases. Stator insulation strength must be ensured by measuring R60/R15 and should be more than 1.3. The VVVF drive motors, special varnishing shall be done on the stator windings, that shall be carried out by VPI process i.e., dip impregnating coils in Class F moisture protection and finishing varnish by VPI Process and curing the same in Auto control cut off oven. (h) Brazed connections to be used instead of crimped ones. (i) Rewinding of rotor as per requirement (j) Healthiness of motor space heater to be ensured (k) Final assembly of motor with terminal chambers.
81(l) Conduct relevant tests as per relevant, Latest BIS Standards, Prepare test reports and submission with the purchaser. (m) Third party inspection, the cost of thirty party deputations shall be in the scope of Purchaser. (n) All kinds of enabling jobs e.g. replacement of minor hardware i.e., Circlips, fasteners etc., (o) Replacement of cooling fans, Terminals Blocks shall be done if required. (p) Dynamic balancing of Rotor, bushing, end shield covers, undercutting and metalizing jobs, reconditioning of shafts (At bearing locations)/replacement of shaft. (q) The motor shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint of original color followed by proper surface cleaning.
82M&L for Repair and modification of foundation of Pillar Box/ Cope-Point in Surya, Varuna Galleries and 09 Berth as work Involves:- The specifications for the Pillar Box/ Co-point as follows: Supply of LT Indoor Pillar Box/ co-point of size 1.5Mtrx1.5Mtrx1Mtr made out of 50x50x5 mm angle 75x40mm channel base, 3mm thick aluminium sheet for doors and canopy. Outside the panel and internal partition of 2mm thick MS sheet, 1mm FRP lining on the outer surface, Internal/ External area painted with Enamel paint with the following Switch Gear mentioned and 150 Amps Cu Bus Bars complete al as per specifications: Incomer: (a) ACB 4 Pole 50 kA MDO 1250Amps – 01 No (b) Voltmeter, Ammeter with Indication Lamps & Suitable CT coils- 01 Set Outgoing: (c) MCCB 630 Amps, 3 Pole, 35 kA – 01 No (d) MCCB 400 Amps, 3 Pole, 35 kA – 01 No (e) MCCB 250 Amps, 3 Pole, 35 kA – 02 No
83(f) Ammeter with & Suitable CT coils for each Outgoing - 04 Set Fitment of modified distribution box with a minimum clear area of 30 cms ahead, 30 cms on top and foundation space of 30 cms in bottom by increasing the height of the foundation. Note:- Unit Rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of following: (a) The requisite site visit to be undertaken by expertise to assess the actual site requirement and necessitate modification (b) The redesigning drawings as per site condition to be made and submitted to executed department (GE(I)DM) and user department (MDS) for approvals before placing/ manufacturing the Pillar Boxes. The product manufacturing to be started after getting the final approvals from the user (MDS) & executing (GE(I)DM) departments strictly. (c) The execution involves, removal of existing pillar boxes/ co-points and redesigning the units to smaller sizes as fitted to site condition (tailor made) with compact switch gears. The each co-point unit should have the capacity as mentioned above.
84(d) The connections, terminations with gland fits and energising the pillar boxes/ co-points with suitable loads is also the part of scope. (Loads to be provided by the user (MDS) dept by existing docked/ berthed vessels). (e) The area covered by co-point (2 ft extra around) to be painted by latest marine environment applicable Insulation Paint. (f)Additional top roof cover required to protect from leakage water/rain water ingress and it provides all seasonal weather protection
