Engagement of Tax Consultant on Contractual basis for the period of one year from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2024 for Income Tax Annual Return /Revised return and GST Return/Revised return filing on behalf of WBSMICL Ltd. for current year as well as for arrears and to move or appear to the Income Tax Department to take follow-up actions against CIT Appeals already filed or to be filed against Scrutiny Orcers passed u/s 147 of IT Act, 1961/Penalty Proceedings u/s 271(1)(b), 271(1)(c) of IT Act, 1961, Demand Notices u/s 143(1)(a), 143(3) and u/s 133(6) of the IT Act, 1961 etc. in respect of previous years. Payment will be made on actual accomplishment of the asignment.
