6M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concretein proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-
740 mm thick in columns
830 mm thick in beams
9Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over wire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure complete all as specified and as directed.
10S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dianot exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
11M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

16M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
17S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

22M&L formild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and clips complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance =85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
24Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window area n.exc.2.00sqm Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories.(Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.) complete all as specified and as directed.
25Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with mitlti chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

28M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

45S & F Perforatted cable Tray made out of GI Sheet of 14 SWG thickness and 40 to 50 mm depth hot dipped in various width sizes including accessories like couplar plate, nut bolts, washers clamps, wall bracket up/down elbows, bends tees equal distances on wall/floor/through wall crossing and making good the surface, complete all as specified.
46S & F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 10 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.
47M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper strip of size 32x6 mm fixed to wall on insulators or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
48Supply and fixing of epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing GI earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.
49M&L for Chemical earthing with one No of copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.40 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 100 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exhothermic weldcompletewith earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location.
