All-inclusive comprehensive maintenance of following type air-conditioning units as per details given in relevant sections, monitoring and maintaining environmental conditions of conditioned area by deploying the required manpower including specialized manpower & by arranging required tools & plants etc to maintain the environmental conditions of the conditioned-area up-to required standards. a)7.5 TR ductable type AC units. (Total = 29 Nos)a) 2 Kg capacity.

Replacement of synthetic fibre media washable filters with frame (Efficiency 90% down to 20 microns) for 5TR to 5.5TR ductable a.c. unit.i/c removing of existing filters.

Replacement of Synthetic fibre media washable filters with frame (Efficiency 90% down to 20 microns) for 7.5TR to 11.0TR ductable/package a.c. unit i/c removing of existing filters.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of5TR/5.5TR condensor coil for ductable a.c.units including flushing of whole system and pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vaccumzing & charging with proper refrigerant complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of7.5TR condensor coil for ductable a.c.units including flushing of whole system and pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vaccumzing & charging with proper refrigerant complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of evaporator coil of 5TR/5.5TR ductable AC unit (single/twin circuit) including flushing of whole system and pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vaccumzing & & charging with proper refrigerant complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of evaporator coil of 7.5TR to 9TR ductable AC unit (single/twin circuit) including flushing of whole system and pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vaccumzing & & charging with proper refrigerant complete as required.

Supply and charging of R-22/R-410a/R-407c gas for top up of refrigerant in the AC units complete as required.

Operation of air cooled type AC units on on all days (including Sunday & Holidays) by deputing trained and experienced operator at site etc as required.
