Tender For Supply Of 3D Bioprinter 1. Printer must consist of minimum three printheads slot, with option to have user interchangeable printhead. 2. The system should have the capability of attaching different types of printhead like Pneumatic, Temperature controlled, Thermoplastics Print Head, Inkjet Printhead, Syringe Head Print head and Photocuring Print head. 3. The bioprinter should consist of built-in filter unit with UV-C germicidal light for aseptic chamber. System should support (in any combination) printheads with the following specifications: 1. Pneumatic Control Printhead Size: 3ml or 10 ml Temperature Range: 30 °C -60 °C or higher Temperature Precision Control: 0.5°C or better 2. Temperature Control Printhead Temperature Range 4 °C to 60 °C at least. Easy transition of temperatures within a brief time. 3. High Temperature Printhead for Thermoplastics and Equivalent Materials Temperature Range: Room Temperature to 250 °C or higher Should have exchangeable stainless-steel cartridges of 10ml or higher volume Interchangeable nozzles with range 0.2mm to 0.8mm UV Light Based The system must accommodate usage of UV lights between the range of 365nm to 520 nm. Should allow the flexibility of deciding the photocuring duration and frequency. Visualize and edit parameters during the printing process. Software should be from the same OEM, Use of external 3rd party software in not permitted. The interface must be through a LED/LCD display of at least 5. The printer must be certified. printer Specification 1. High Precision resin based bioprinter based on Digital Light Processing Technology to cure resin materials using UV light and should be possible to integrate with extrusion systems based on applications. 2. The bioprinter should allow printing complex structures and microfluidic channels to allow printing with or without cells. 3. The machine should accommodate open-source materials including natural and synthetic polymers. The printer should allow printing of hydrogel biopolymers and resin materials. 4. Light Source: 405 nm with option to upgrade to higher wavelength 5. The intensity of the light source should be controllable. 6. Projected power output range: 10 to 30 mW/cm2. 7. The light source should be easily replaceable. 8. Exposure time of the projector should be adjustable by the user and range should be 0.25 sec to 30 sec. 9. Power of light should be adjustable for various material types.
