2Filling n plinth and floors with contractors material /brought from outside and approved by Engineer incharge in layers of 15cm to 20cm including watering and compaction etc. complete.
3Refilling the plinth , flooring, foundations etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
4Loading and unloading of excavated earth.By mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking upto a lead upto 10 kms
5Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.
6Providing anti – termite treatment to buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adoptingprecautions for health hazards and safety measures as required therein with the cost of all materials, chemicals, plants, equipments required for the treatment and furnishing a guarantee for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicatingany infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete. 60Supplying, fabricating, manufacturing and fixing in position paneling at given level made from Glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) , Quartz Sand, AR Fibres, Water Plasticizers & pigments, in shape, size and length as per the design and drawings and as per specifications, mix design and test results given below. The typical panel should be of sizes as per the drawings. Their minimum thickness of panel to be : 20mm with 50mm GRC pads acting as stiffeners, minimum Weight a 4.5kgs/sq.ft and of approved Colour & texture (to match existing building finish in sand face plaster).Followed by fixing of GRC panels on primary structure by dry cladding method with help of S.S. Screws Fixtures, M.S Angle Cleats, Fissure Plug, and Dowel Pin proper alignment as per Drawings(drawings to be submitted by the contractor before the work start)Finishing with GRC powder & filling the joints with Epoxy sealant neatly between GRC Panels and primary structures. The paneling should be in absolute straight plumb line and length and joins between channels should be neatly filed to make seamless uniform surface across the entire elevation of the building without any visibility to joints. The rate include scaffolding, lab test etc. complte. 1. MIX DESIGN- white Cement 50 + 5 %. Fine Quartz Silica sand :- 50 + 5%. 3. Alkali Resistant (AR) Glass Fiber – 2 to 5%. 61Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs, terrace, toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. 62Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck, using integral crystalline admixture @ 0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer’s specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R- 2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. (To be used in Concrete of Retaining Wall) ( AS PER MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS)
63Providing and applying indepth crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.
