| 2 | Providing and fixing of different make 132KV isolator mechanism boxes at 132KV S/S Sec-62 Noida of size 500X400x330mm made of 18 guage SWG MS including 01 no. front door and no side door with locking arrangement , bottom side mounting the 02 no. chanel for mounting the box and top side mounting a plate in round shape of 165mm with 08 no., 16 mm dia hole matching with horizontal operating pipe plate . this plate connecting 33/28mm pipe rod sand shift along with bush /bearing inside the box straight Hypoid BEVEL and meter gear assembly connected with removal handle to operate the isolator blades fixing and mounting auxiliary contacts with 06 NO+06 NC and 16 nos 20-32 amp TB upon chanel internal connecting the wire with 2.5 mm copper cablebottomside mounting a plate of 150x150mm with 12 no. of cable glands. the box should be duly painted with first coat of primer and double coat of enamel epoxy smoke grey paint , works also includes old and damaged operating boxes and shifting from site to store . after installation of isolator box the operation of isolator should be healthy in all respect ( Mechanically as well as electrically ) the works also include disconnecting and reconnecting of all electrical circuits in isolator and proper status should be communicatedin control bus bar panel |
