(i) Hand Operated (ii) Head of the machine shall be of cast iron with ISI certification(iii) FlyWheel Mechanism Wheel base 3\" and diameter 31\"(iv) No. of cutting blades - 2 (v) Machine shaft shall have double bearing mechanism (vi) Machine stands shall be fabricated in the angle iron 54 x 54 x 2.5 mm with stand height of 37\"Stand base shall be stool type having base of 2\" x 2\" 6\"(vii) Fodder feeding tray shall be of 20 gauge sheet metal(viii) Running Gear of 11 teeth(ix) should be provided with feeding tray, handle, cutting equipment, needful spanners, cutting saw, nut bolts etc complete in all respect(x) Machine should have overall weight of 80 kg. (with tolerance +/- 1 kg.)
