Repair To Pumping Machinery And Allied Electro-Mechanical Equipments At Dug Well Jattah And Adjoining Shed Under Sdrf Please Refer Boq- 1 Repair to pumping machinery and allied electro-mechanical equipments of Dug Well Jatah damaged due to flash flood by way of unfastening the coupling pulley and separating the pump and motor of pump set having specifications 10000 GPH X 300 Mtrs. Head x 100 HP installed inside the dug well. Dismantling of motor from base frame and shifting to workshop. Separating the rotor and stator of induction motor and cleaning the winding to remove the mud accumulated due to flash floods and then varnishing of the winding of the motor. Repair to motor rotor shaft by turning, finishing to size & polishing. Fabrication & fitting of C.I. sleeves to end covers. P/F of bearing of reputed make at DE and NDE sides as per sample. P/F of studs, nuts and bolts in place of damaged studs / nuts / bolts as per requirement. Assembling the motor and shifting back to site. Repair to HC pump by way of dismantling the pump. Fabrication and fitting of 1 no coupling pulley set, 2 no bearings at DE and NDE sides as per sample after proper greasing, 6 No neck rings, 4 no. body bushes, 2 no gland sleeves, 2 no diffusers and 2 no impellors. Repair to pump shaft by metalling, turning, machining, grinding and polishing as per required size. Assembling the pump and shifting back to site. Installation of pump and motor and making electrical connections of motor. Testing of the motor on no load and then coupling with pump after proper alignment and providing and fitting of coupling bolts and rubber bushes and testing the motor on full load conditions. Job also includes extraction of damaged mono submersible pump set having specifications 10000 GPH x 50 Mtrs. Head x 10 HP and shifting to workshop for repairs. Rewinding of the motor and repair to the pump. Shifting back to site and lowering of the same. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the pump set on no load and then on full load conditions. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials and labour charges. Providing and fitting of 300 Amps HRC type main switch to be installed inside the Dug Well. Main switch is to be properly mounted on the wall / panel board using anchor machine and drill machine. Making necessary electrical connections. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials and labour charges. 2 Repair to HC pump set having specifications 5000 GPH x 300 Mtrs. head installed inside the machinery shed at Dug Well Jatah by way of unfastening the coupling pulley and separating the pump and motor. Dismantling of motor from base frame and shifting to workshop. Separating the rotor and stator of induction motor and cleaning the winding to remove the mud accumulated due to flash floods and varnishing of the motor. Assembling the motor and shifting back to site. Installation of the same and making necessary electrical connections. Testing of the motor on no load and then coupling with pump after proper alignment and providing and fitting of coupling bolts and rubber bushes and testing the motor on full load conditions.Repair to LT control panel of HC pump set by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and shifting to workshop. Removing all the parts like power contactors, MCCB, relays etc and cleaning them properly. Refitting them and assembling the panel. Repair to damaged internal control wiring and shifting the panel to site. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the panel on no load and then on full load conditions. Repair to 100 KVA voltage stabilizer installed inside the machinery shed at Dug Well Jatah by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and loading the voltage stabilizer onto mechanical transport using hydra crane and manual labour for shifting to workshop for repairs. Lifting the top assembly of the voltage stabilizer with the help of chain pulley block and removing the transformer oil. Removing different parts like voltage regulators, MCCB, transformer oils etc. Varnishing of the coils and servicing of the various parts to remove mud. Cleaning the oil tank properly with chemicals to remove mud deposits and providing and adding of transformer oil up to required level. Installing of the removed parts and assembling of voltage stabilizer. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to site with the help of hydra carne and manual labour. Making necessary electrical connections and testing the voltage stabilizer on no load and then on full load conditions. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
