Capacity :-5 Ton Hoisting Speed Mt/Min :-2m/min HP of the Motor-: 5 HP MakeISI Mark CONSTRUCTION:- Hoist should be of unique modular construction . Each sub assembly is easily accessible individually, thus reducing the time and cost involved in the maintenance. FRAME:- The Frame should besturdy design, fabricated from tested steel plates and welded/ bolted type. GEAR BOX :- Totally enclosed gear box with gears made from EN-9/EN-24, Steel and teethed on precision hobbing machines, hardened & tempered. The gears shall be self lubricated. ELECTRIC MOTOR: - 3 Phase, 440 Volt A.C. 50 cycles, Squirrel cage Induction Motor, Preferably of SIEMENS/N.G.E.F. make/ ISI make/ Equivalentto used. LOAD CHAIN:-Conforming to IS : 6216-1971, Grade 80, tested, calibrated and duly heat treated. BRAKE: Instant action "fail to safe,Electro Magnetic disc brakes should beincorporated to ensure maximum safety and reliability in operation. UNIT SWITCH :- Snap action limits switches to beused to prevent over hoisting and over lowering. CONTROL PANNEl :- Totally enclosed dust and moisture proof panel housing with components of standard makes like SIEMENS/L & T/BCH/Telemechanique etc. or Equivalent to providecontrol at low voltage for safety of operator. HOOKS:- Steel Forgd conforming to IS : 8610- 1977. Free to rotate & swivel. TEST :- Each Hoist to betested to 25% Overload with conformation to IS :6547-1971 The job shall comprise of following works:- 1. Fixing of suitable capacity winch machine capable of bearing the load of 5 ton along with allied components on the MS Girder. 2. Carriage of material/ equipment at the site of work. 3. Fabrication of a suitable MS shed/cover on winch machine as safeguard against rain. All the components shall be designed for strength and adequacy for the entire safe operation of the Hoist. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, all handling charges, taxes etc. and testing of the winch machine at site. Illumination of premises of Tube Well from outside pump room /complex along the approach path and back side for path leading upto transformer by Providing/Laying six nos 30 wattLED lights along with06 Nos power circuits laid with PVC Wire 1.5 mm sq. inside the pump room connected to panel having 15 Amp. switch one each for each light. Providing/Fitting of miniature circuit breaker suitable to trip on specified abnormal conditions such as those of short circuit/overload etc. Fabrication, P/F of brackets holders, halogen lights of requisite capacity and testing commissioning etc. Complete Job includes transportation of machinery, loading, unloading and handling of material, cost of material, and consumables, labour charges, transportation & hire charges of tools & tackles, testing & commissioning. Providing, laying and fixing with adhesive/bonding material of insulation rubber mats on the floor of the pump house, covering area around electro-mechanical machinery for safeguarding the life and limb of the workmen due to possible leakage of current & short circuit. The floor surface shall be made good & shall be free from dust, grease, foreign material & moisture free. The mats shall be as per IS 15652:2006 & shall have the following specifications: -Composition: Rubber (Synthetic mats for electrical purpose) Thickness: - 2.5mm Size: - 1 M Long = 3 Nos.
