Providingand fixing of GRP cabin made out of composite material, cabin shall bemanufactured by using standard quality GRP material and heavy duty M.S.sections, M.S. Sections shall be painted by oil paint, shape of the cabin shall beround and rectangular at two ends, alluminimum sliding type windowsshall beprovided (photo enclosed)shown in the table model, size of the cabinDiameter 4200mm andheight 4.74 mtrs.Upto first stage, twodoor s shallbe provided staircase also provided to reach upto 4.74 mtr. Height, antiskid typesteps shall be providedtostaircasemanufactured in heavy duty GRP material, cabin shall befixedon the well by using M.S.section sq. Pipe and other sections, etc. Section welded to the existing M.S. Structures, all other detailed are as photo enclosed in the table modelalong with the quotation.

Providing and fixing of GRP cabin extended portion of cabin having height beyond 4.74 mtrs. Height for the head regulator well, cabinshall be manufacture by using standard quality GRP material and M.S. Sections , shape of the cabin shall beroundand roof shapeshall be dishend type, alluminimum sliding windows and one door shall be provided to the cabin , cabin shall be fixed on thewell by using nut bolts and welding the bottom portion , size of the cabin diameter 4200 mm x Height = 2.0 mtr. Other detailedas shown in the table model enclosedalong with us, by footbridge canopy shall be provided,manufacture in heavy duty GRP material, sidesupport shall be madeout of M.S. Sq. Sectionsand curved shape GRP roofings fixed on the support straight with top 3.0 mtr x L= 12.9 mtrs.
