Increasing Capacity Of 33 / 11Kv Sub Station Sheeshgarh From 2X5 Mva To 10+5 Mva In District Bareilly- 1 Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone. 2 33 KV Lightening Arrestor 3 11 KV 3x185 mm2 XLPE Cable 4 Control pannel I/C for 33 KV single T/F 5 33 kv O/D CT CTR 200/100/1 6 11 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE Cable 7 11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x300 mm2 I/D 8 11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x300 mm2 O/D 9 11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x185 mm2 O/D 10 Earthing of indoor & outdoor equipments of Sub-Station after proper welding of joints and painting of earth strip above soil with proper clamp etc. as per RESPO approved drawing & resistance of earthing should be not more than 2O as per details given below. 11 Making of triangular bridge by using MS electrode, GI strip 50x6mm and GI Pipe 40 mm dia with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 15 Mtr. depth below ground level including welding etc. by boaring process at T/F neutral, LA and newly erected structure including cost of GI pipe of size 40 mm dia 15 mtr. long of ISI mark.(all the required material will be supllied by the contractor). 12 Supply of GI strip of size 50x6mm for earthing of all newly erected structures and equipments in switchyard including cutting, fixing & proper welding with equipments. All LA will be seprately earth also as per RESPO norms. (All the required materials will be provided by firm.) 13 Installation of followig equipments on their respective structures including mechanical & electrical fixing after proper adjustment on their structure. 14 Lightening Arrestor 15 33 KV CT 16 Dismantling of existing following damage equipments on their structure. 17 33 KV Lightening Arrestor 18 33 KV CT 19 Complete laying and termination of copper control cables from 10 MVA power T/F, 33 KV VCB, 33 KV CT in the out door switch yard to the existing transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings, including cost of testing of transformer, VCB, CT, relay pannel & proper relay settings as per requirement etc. 20 Erection & testing of 1 No. single T/F Control penel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control rooms tranches by river sand. 21 Laying of 11KV and 33 KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C . 11 KV Cable will be layed in brick trench constructed below 750mm to the ground level over the ganga sand. brick trench will be constructed by Ist class bricks covering three sides of cable, after laying 11 KV Cable brick trench will be filed by Ganga sand & then will be covered by bricks & backfill of soil over cable trench as per RESPO norms. 22 Termination of 11 KVand 33 KV XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including hoisting of cable and proper connection withbus bar gantry and bus isolatorby providing suitable connectors. 23 Repairing of existing 33KV VCB in switchyard including repalcement of all required accessories as motor, intrruptor etc. All type of material should be provided by the firm. 24 Safely shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from its plinth to safe site at Sub-station. 25 Carriage of old scrap material from site to store center Bareilly. 26 Complete repairing of switchyard fencing. 27 Repairing of damage 33 VCB including all damage accessries as relay, intrruptor etc.
