Name of work:- Re-Construction of Damaged portionof the front Compound Wall near main gate towards pumproomof main TE Building Compound at Sagwara.

1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
2All kinds of soil.
3Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering,
4lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
5Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.
6All kinds of soil.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
81:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
9Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments,pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:
101:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
11Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(Zone III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
12Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.
13Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.
14Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
15Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like
16Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).
17Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :
18Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
19Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.
20Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
21Providing and fixingunplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, in RR stone masonry for working as weep holes .The cost is inclusive of cutting the pipe in required shape and size and fixing in required position complete. (i) Single socketed pipes. in RR stone masonry for working as weep holes .The cost is inclusive of cutting the pipe in required shape and size and fixing in required position complete.

30Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
31Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
32Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
33Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
34Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

36Removing mortar from and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured) :

38Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

40Removingand stacking of compound grill from damaged compound wall.The cost is inclusive of dismantling of CC block and removing of compound grill with care and refixing the same at top of compound wall .The cost is inclusive of removing all bends,kinks etc from grill and welding with arc/gas weldieng if required copmplete.( CC block shall be paid separately)
41Compound Grill of height up to 0.95 mexcluding hold fast length
