| 1 | Bath Mat PVC | The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5 mm thick PPCP material. The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mmH.The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mm x 100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3 mm x 10 mm thick stiffener moulded alongwith the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1 point 3 kgs, rubber shoes shall be provided to legs as per Drawing No FD/E6/MAP/07, Make AMKO or equivalent, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 2 | Bed Hard | Overall size shall be 2050 mm long, 900 mm wide and 400 mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800 mm high and Foot board shall be 500 mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38 mm x 38 mm MS square pipe.18 mm x 18 mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/ foot board frame as shown in drg No FD/E6/MAP/08 (R).18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/ foot board. 25 mm x 65 mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long railsand short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. One stiffener of size 25 mm x 25 mm shall be welded between the two legs ofheadboard over 150 mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12 mm thick BWR ply of approved makefixed over the four equidistantstiffener of size 25 mm x 25 mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25 x 65 mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer. Rest all as per drg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 3 | Book Case steel | Over all size shall be of 840 mm long, 310 mm wide and 1675 mm high. All sheet shall be mild steel sheet 1 mm thick, back, sides, bottom, top and shelves. The book case shall be provided with four compartments of equal size. The shutters of each compartment shall open towards top and slide into the depth of the book case. Transparent glass 4 mm thick shall be provided to front shutters. Two steel handles of 100 mm long shall be provided to each shutter of the compartment. The locking device shall be provided to each compartment with duplicate key and each shutter shall be provided with decorative key plate as per drawing No FD 1028. Lock shall be of approved quality of 6 lever with two keys make Godrej/ Harison or equivalent. All steel work shall be painted through out externally and internally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 4 | Chair Writing | The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25 mm x 10 mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort 120 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping around shallbe provided at seat and back. PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Rest all specifications are as per drg No FD/E6/MAP/12. Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Almirah Medium steel | Over all size 1270 mm x 765 mm x 440 mm. Almirah shall be made out of 1mm thick MS sheet for shelves, sides, Top bottom and shutters.Shutter shall be fitted with a sheet (3 point 15 mm thick) made hinges of MS steel 75mm long. Chromium plated handle and three way locking device to be provided for locking purpose. Rest all other works as specified and as shown on drg No FD-1032. Lock shall be of approved quality of 6 lever with two keys make Godrej/Harison or equivalent. All steel work shall be painted through out externally and internally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 6 | Peg Table | Overall size 450 x 300 x 380 mm. Frame made out of 1st class hard teak wood 20 x 40mm TW stiffener to be provided to join bottom rails though not shown on drg. Top shall bemade out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated (both side) particle board. Rest all as shown and specified on drg FD-384. Hard rubber ring screwed fixed in legs. 4mm teak wood edging around the top. All wood wk shall be french polished, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 7 | Receptacle | The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic .It shall be of capacity 20 liters,providedwith lid and handle as shown in drg FD/E6/MAP/13, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 8 | Sofa ChairSingle Chair | All timber shall be well seasoned 1st class teak wood. 100 mm thick foamcushion covered with malmal Cloth lining and then after top cover with closely woven fabric as approved by GE. Cost of tapestry cloth shall be not less than Rs.500 per meter (including taxes, discount etc as approved byEngineer in Charge/GE. Rest all as shown on drawings FD/MAP-II/02. Hard rubber ring screwed fixed in legs. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be finished with two coats of french polish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 9 | Table Bed Side | The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg. The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg No FD/E6/MAP/15 (R). Hard rubber ring/PVC shoes fixed in legs. All wood wk shall be french polished, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |

Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated Particle board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Rest all as per drg No FD-393.HardPVC shoes fixed in legs. All wood work shall be french polished , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 11 | Table Writing | Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging al-round the top of table. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box whichhouse the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial. 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Rest all as per drg No FD-275. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 12 | Table dressing Ladies | The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides, top ,back and frontof the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sidesand back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engineer in Charge /GE. Rest all as per drg No FD/MAP-II/07. Knobs to beprovided in base of table dressing. 4 mm TW edging on all exposed edges of PPB. All wood wk shall be french polished, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
