Name of Work: Resin strainer replacement, MSRL spool laying, making scaffolding, hydrotesting and associated works in Utility-2 area at Main Plant of HWP (M).

Providing necessary scaffolding at required height (Approx 3 to 4 Mtrs) both at inside & outside of the vessels (WBA/WAC/SAC/BAT) so as to facilitate re-rubber lining of vessels, rubber lining inspection & thickness measuremnt of vessels from inside.

Flange joint maintenace in all elevations including providing blinding at boundries of vessels to facilitate issue of vessel intry clearance, hydrotesting, restoration after completion of hydrotesting

Removal andrefixing of resin traps as per the enclosed technical specification

Hold on Check of WAC/SAC/WBA/SBA vessels or Bulk Acid Tanks etc., as per the enclosed technical specification

De-erection of old MSRL spool pieces and re-fixing / Laying of new MSRL spool pieces at all elevations as per the enclosed technical specification (Flange joint maintenance cost will be paid separately as per item Sl No.: 2 of this schedule of quantity)

Scrap removal as per the enclosed technical specification including 1) MS/CS/SS and other metal scrap2) Rubber scrap 3) HDPE/PP/PVC/FRP and other non-metallic scrap
