The volumetric range will be 5 ml to 60 ml. The individual dispenser will have calibration certificate according to ISO 8655 issued by ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and will have calibration tool to recalibrate the dispenser in the laboratory. The error limits will be as per DIN ISO 8655-5The dispenser will have following features:Volume Change functions: The volume of the dispensing liquid can be changed by volume adjustment knob that allows 180o rotation and extend easy volume settings.Piston: The dispenser will have PTFE piston with an ETP o-ring. That must ensure smooth movement and high chemical compatibility.Valves:The dispenser will have springless valve and ensure smooth functioning and jam free function.Nozzle:The dispenser will have an adjustable delivery nozzle that will be flexible to offer high flexibility and easy dispensing.Adapter: The dispenser will be supplied with five adapters that can comfortably fit most laboratory reagent bottles. Sizes of the supplied nozzles will be – 28 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm, 40 mm and 45 mm.Adapter must allow 360o rotation.Aspirating tube:The dispenser will have telescopic aspirating tube. Autoclaving:The dispenser must be fully autoclavable.Other requirements are as under;1. Vol. Range:5-60 ml,2. Increment :1.0 ml, 3. Accuracy:+0.6 % and 0.360 +ml ,4. CV:+0.2% and 0.120 +ml
