| 1 | Attending of complaints pertaining tounsatisfactory/unfunctional state ofsolar water heater/ Geyser through telephone or in person on detailmentat MES Service centrefor Md/OTM accommodation in Hisar Mil Station byrectification of fault ofgeysers / solar water heater points complete and carrying outrepairsto the extent of disconnection and carefully taking down Geysers/faulty wires, sheet metal enclousers, switches & sockets, PVC Connection, conduits, boxes, main switches, MCBs, DBs heating elements, heating plate assembly, glasswool, thermostat, inner and outer tank and other E/M faults pertaining to particular instrument including wire upto 1.00 mtr and insulation tape required for the rectification of defect and refixing all serviceable/new electrical and mechanical items to existing/shifted location all specified by Engg-in-charge and make good for functional serviceability after repair / replacement of fixtures complete.Note:- 1.Contractor will provide one geyser/solar water heater mechanic and one helper for daily complaint except Sunday/Holidays 2. Penality will be charged @ 50 Rs per day on absent either mechanic/helper or Both. Note:- Cost of work requiring replacement of other stores will be measured as supply only and paid separately. Contractor shall provide the complaint slip containing 100 pages in duplicate (in two colour) of existingsize properly binded and printed all as per sample and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | M & L for taking out, rectify the faults such as brazing/soldering/welding and making tank leakproof and reinstalling the Solar Water Heater Water supply tanks and Metal frame work in-situ at specified locations with adequate concrete leg support as directed along with repair of water feeding pipe line connections as directed |
| 3 | M & L for descaling of Solar Water Heater header tanks and tubes of capacity 400 to 500 Ltr including taking down the tank and tubes, checking for leakages and rectification by suitable welding and descaling by using of descaling chemical and H2SO4 (as required) and rotatingthe chemical with the help of closed loop and water pressure pump to completely descale the tank and tubes and re-installing after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out at the location of tank installed unless specified otherwise. |
