1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including , dewatering, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m and refilling of the sides of foundation all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 2Supplying and filling in plinth with M.sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
3Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
4Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. (a) Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum All works above plinth level upto floor V level
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for slabs, Beams and lintel sunshade etc,(any thickness) including removal of shuttering and props etc at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
6Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(Qtrs side)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Providing and constructing half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including suitable scaffolding and racking out joints and providing and placing in position 2 Nos 8mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
8Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc, and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
9Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. with curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
10Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-30 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). (a) 450mm dia
11Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
12Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
13Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
14Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Supply and fixing of Powder coated steel door frame with approved size & colour with single /double leaf shutters at all level with 2 hours fire rating with vision panel size 200X300 mm (The glass shall be Saint-Gobain brand or approved equivalent). Including all necessary approved hardware fittings like SS ball bearing hinges, ss tower bolt, SS pull handle “D” type 22X300 mm with extended spindle , 278 dead lock with 70mm EPC , TS 71door closures, Anchor fasteners, suitable gasket/ tape / sealant in gape between glass and shutters, frame and wall, etc., including labour, tools and tackles & transportation etc and all complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note : 1) Outer to outer Dimension of DOOR size will be measured for payment 2) Fire proof system certification shall be submitted.
16Providing, hoisting, and fixing above plinth level up to floor third level precast reinforced cement concrete spiral staircase steps in the spiral staircase,in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & steel reinforcement, transporting and placing at all lifts, including the cost of required centering, shuttering, scaffolding, etc and all complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
17Designing, providing, and fixing 4mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Panel (Durabuild/Eurobond or approved make) cladding, and canopy at different locations and full height of the building including soffits of over-hangs and including MS brackets / Aluminium alloy brackets, sections with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant (Dowsil or approved equivalent) as per the drawings. The Panel composition shall be 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminum sheet + 3mm thick low-density polyethylene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminum sheet. The rates are including labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding, etc. all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary scaffolding, filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, including scaffloding all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
19Providing wall cladding by Aluminium Composite Panel with CNC design, in 4mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Panel (Durabuild/Eurobond or approved make) cladding,at different locationsincluding MS brackets / Aluminium alloy brackets, sections with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant (Dowsil or approved equivalent) as per the drawings. The Panel composition shall be 0.5 mm thick PVDF-coated aluminum sheet + 3mm thick low-density polyethylene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminum sheet. The rates are including labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding, etc. all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Providing and fixing 12mm thick Acrylic solid surface sheet (corion top) in required design and patterns,and Providing polishing the edge moulding in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with over the fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges etc complete and all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : The plywood will be paid separately through relevant items.
21Providing and fixing the charcoal wall Panelling/cladding following models MRL-175, MRL-191, MRL-412 or approved equivalent. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws will be fixed over the plywood using suitable adhesives and finishing the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The design pattern shall be got approved by the Engineer in charge concerned before use on work. Note : The plywood and aluminium sections will be paid separately through relevant items.

26Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge
27Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete
28Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint(Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
29Providing 6mm fillet welding in rebars using welding rods (7018) including rubbing the existing old rebars and cleaning, scaffolding using welding machine, labor charge, tools and tackles etc, As specified all complete as per the drawing and specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
