Tender For Repairs To Electro-Mechanical Machinery Along With Allied Works Installed At Pumping Station Malhar.- 1 Repairs to 25 HP 3 phase induction motor submerged due to rise in water level in river Duddar at pumping station Malhar. The job involves disconnecting, decoupling the motor from the pump, removing from the base plate. Shifting the motor to workshop by using manual labour and suitable tools and tackles. Dismantling the motor, extraction of the rotor and bearings. Cleaning of rotor and stator winding with petrol and chemical cleanser. Thereafter applying Dr. Beck. Compound on stator winding by spraying impregnation process and drying the same with hot air circulation process.Checking IR value of the winding with the help of megha om meter. Assembling of motor. The job also includes the repair of 50 ampere LT control panel by dismounting of all the contactors of the panel and drying them by hot air circulation process. The job further involves repairs to the fault analyzer and internal control wiring of the panel. Fitment of all the components of panel after repair. Repairs to 15000 GPH x 40m head HC pump installed at pumping station Malhar.Job includes cleaning the pump body and the impeller shaft assembly by water to remove the mud/silt and greasing of all the movable parts. P/F of gland packing. Coupling the pump and motor after proper alignment/ adjustment. Job includes cost of material, head load and labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles etc. (Complete Job). Rebate, if any, shall be quoted separately.
