| 1 | Repair/Recharging to the 120 TRcapacity Air Cooled AC Chiller plants (02 No’s) includingallied works installed at Convention Centre Jammu , b y way of testing leakage in the plants by filling Nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure . First the entire system is tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks and then high pressure is applied to the high side only and tested the system for any leaks. Further the leak is detected by smearing soap/chemical solution all over the joints and pipes and observing the bubble formation. This pressure testing is repeated until there are no more leaks. The system is vaccumised before charging the refrigerant for removing air and moisture from the entire system. The system of both the chiller plants is charged with 240 Kg (approx) of R-22(Refrigerant gas). The job also includes testing of cooling of the AC chiller Plants on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour charges, to and fro charges etc. Complete Job. |
