3Receiving and taking over of all Owner supplied materials from Owner\"s designated place(s) of issue, transportation including loading, unloading, handling from Owner\"s designated place(s) of issue to Contractor\"s own stock yard(s) / work site(s) / work shop(s) including arranging all necessary intermediate storage area(s) thereof, as required; supply of all materials (except those specified subsequently in SOR), equipment, consumables as defined in Contractor\"s scope of supply and their transportation to the work site(s); performing all above ground/buried piping fabrication works including cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven / different thickness wherever required), fit up, bending, pre-heating wherever required, welding, threading etc.; erection of pipes of all types and thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks and at all elevations; hook-up with equipment nozzles; all types of inline and online instruments such as pressure / thermal safety valves (other than those covered separately), fittings of all sizes i.e. Flow tees, Insulating Joints, LR bends, pig signallers, elbows, reducers, tees, \"o\" lets, flanges, blind flanges, spectacle blinds, tapping\"s for pressure gauges, thermowells, hoses and hose couplings of all sizes, if applicable, vents and drains required for process and hydrotesting purposes etc. including fixing of all types of gaskets (including gaskets for RTJ flanges), bolts, studs and nuts of all sizes; carrying out non-destructive testing (excluding radiography covered subsequently in SOR) such as magnetic particle/ liquid penetration etc. as required; hook-up with existing piping / pipeline installed as per drawings wherever required; cleaningand flushing by water / compressed air, carrying out hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, valve functional test and any other type of testing as specified, de-pressurising, dewatering, drying by compressed air if applicable; cutting / rebeveling (as required), pre-commissioning and providing commissioning assistance to Commissioning Contractor / Agency for process piping and commissioning of non-process piping if applicable; clean-up and restoration of site, preparation of as built drawings, documents and project records; transportation of surplus free issue materials to Owner\"s designated place(s); completing all works in all respects as per the AFC drawings, specifications, standards and other provisions of Contract and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note :-a) All butt welded fittings end shall generally match with connecting pipe wall thickness. However, in case of misalignment, contractor shall have to do end preparation accordingly without any extra cost.b) All couplings, nipples, plugs for nipple etc. as required shall be supplied by contractor without any extra cost.c) All Gaskets & Nut-Bolts of adequate quantity shall be supplied and installed without any extra cost (as per PMS).d) Supply and Installation of Pipes, Valves, fittings & flanges of size below 2\" is covered under this item.e) Any branch connection taken from mainline shall be considered under this SOR item only.No extra cost shall be paid for the above items.
4Checking, cleaning, aligning, bending, cutting and bevelling (as required) of pipes for welding & field adjustments including pipe fittings, welding, carrying out non-destructive testing of welds as required including 100% radiography by X-Ray (in case of space constrant & small work by Gamma Ray on Owner\"s approval) as per specifications in piping of all types and thickness and providing all requisite equipment, labour, supervision, materials, films, consumables, all facilities & personnel to process, develop, examine and interpret radiographs & other tests as required, carrying out repairs of weld-joints found defective by EIC, carrying out re-radiography and other tests as required on repaired joints, etc. as mentioned in SCC and particular job specifications.Note:-The bevel ends of all butt weld fittings shall undergo 100% MP / DP test.

41Performance of radiographic inspection of piping of all types, sizes, thickness including providing or hiring of all necessary equipment, supply of all consumables including radiographic films and whatever else required even though not expressly mentioned but required to perform the work as per specification and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor to submit DPR, Inspection Report along with Radiography Report to Engineer-in-Charge.Note :a) All NDT including Radiography, MPT, LPT for 2\" and below are covered under this SOR item. 65HOOK UP WITH EXISTING FACILITIES AT LETEKUJAN & NRL TERMINAL (INSIDE NRL REFINERY)
66Complete work for hook-up of proposed piping with existing including cutting, bevelling, nitrogen purgingby cylinder to the specified acceptance criteria before cold cutting, welding and providing manpower assistance during the complete duration of the job including supply of all equipment, tools and tackles, consumables etc. as per the relevant specification, other provisions of contract documents and instruction of Engineer-In-charge.Note: Supply of nitrogen Cylinder (atleast 2 Nos. of nitrogen cylinder at each Hook-Up), Regulator, fitting, hoses etc. and all other material required to complete the job in all aspects are in the scope of contractor.

71Transportation of all the equipment\"s along with all accessories supplied by supplier etc. from owner\"s storage point/ designated location to work site including loading and unloading, erection of allequipment\"s including layout marking at site, fabrication and installation of shims including cutting and grinding, installation and levelling of base plates, assembly of sub-assemblies, bolting, fitting of all interconnected piping items (supplied by equipment supplier), shifting and reconfiguration of spreader beams, installation of rigging apparatus for erection crane, alignment of equipment at all elevations as per drawings, removal, placing and shifting of stools and saddles including loading and unloading, installation of all mountings and accessories, all enabling work as required, and completing the work in all respects as per drawings, specification, codes and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:a) Actual rate shall be paid to contractor based on actual weight of items.b) The item included repair of painting of equipment and one coat final paint as per normal corrosive environment.
