The conveyance facility required to visit or to carry out inspection at manufacturer"s/ vendor’s facilities for quality inspection/ Pre-dispatch inspection etc. shall be arranged/ reimbursed by THDCIL as per the clause 5.0 of special conditions of the contract. Therefore, bidders are advised not to include these charges in their quoted price. However, no conveyance charges are payable separately for visit(s) to Khurja site |
