4Supply, fixing and assembling of Module Mounting Structure with Hot Dip Galvanised MS / Galvalume Mounting structure for mounting of Minimun 2.0 MM Thickness, Legs & Rafters should be erected with C-Lip of modules / array / panels etc such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation, mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour, having fastening arrangements, grouting, clamping etc, be provided to secure the installation against specific wind speed complete all as specified. Note:- The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance. structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame, its nuts and bolts. The fasteners used should be made up of mild steel. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module .

18Material and labour for cable route indicator showing "MES LT UG 1.1KV" and route of cable with arrow (should be embossed or engraved) made of RCC in suitable shape and fixed in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate including brick work and excavation, size of route indicator 70cm x 30cm x 10cm, 30cm below ground level and 40cm above ground level to show clear indication of cable including painting the Complete slab with red paint and making the engraved/embossed letters/arrow with white paint. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
19Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
20All as per item No 19 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc. 3.0 mtr.
21Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick compacted each layer. Complete all as specified and directed.
22Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
23Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.
24M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand with a layer of 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable. (Punned down to 18 cm after laying and streaching of cable). Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-IN-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand layer shall be 18 cm and same will be considered for payment to contractor.
25Material & labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete PCC as foundation to poles, type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as foundations to poles all as specified.
26Material & labour for Cement concrete, filling and mass concrete, PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded agregateas coping to poles all as specified.
27Material & labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete PCC as foundation to poles, type B2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as foundations to poles all as specified.
28Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP -55 (11.0 meters long) conforming to IS- 1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole , starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation channel, clamps, nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.
