Tender For Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of Lifts -Annual Comprehensive maintenance Contract Of Passenger Lift (Tower Elevators make): 1) Includes the Greasing, Oiling, Cleaning and repair/replace of all required parts for 13 passengers Lift for Basement, Ground plus 3 upper floors, 5 landings. Avg Height of floor is 3 meter. Monthly Inspection Report shall submitted to PCMC. 2) Machine Detail- 6.2Kw, 16.4Amp, 380-415V motor, 1200RPM, Rated Speed- 1.0m/sec. 3) Opening with power operated center opening door. Drive-REFORD VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Drive), Sensor- Beam Type .4) Location of machine room inside Lift shaft MRL. 5) Operation is microprocessor based, Integrated Control Drive-AS360 STEP Drive 6.5KW, 6) Car- Car having SS sheet of 1.2-gauge hairline finish with safety factor of 5 floors position indicator at all landing with all required material and labors for maintenance and repairing work of Lift one visit per month and unlimited breakdown visits when required. Necessary test required. complete. Types of contracts: - COMPREHENSIVE. scope of our work 1. Make minor adjustments so as to keep lift and its installation in good working condition. 2. Technician Will examine and service lift on monthly basis with prior information to us. 3. Clean the machine, motor and controller. 4. Clean the lubricate hoist way equipment and entrances and S.S / collapsible door. 5. Grease and Oil bearings and guides.6)Conduct an annual equipment survey.7) Conduct and annual safety survey. 8) Provide lubricating Oils. greases and cleaning materials. 9) Maintaining record of services given.10) Force major Clause is applicable.11) Attend breakdown call as when they arise.12) Emergency services will be provide 24 hours. PARTS REPAIR or REPLACED FREE OF COST 1. Electrical preventer, Fan Switch, electrical motor and all accessaries. Diodes, Limit Switch , Resistance, Relay. Bottle Fuse and Electrical Panel. Alarm, Simple Buzzer Horn. 2. Plate earthing to total system. Mechanical part Lock Spares, Ram Rubber, Door Bearing. Gibbs. Door Stopper. Door Handles. Tube Acrylic, OSG Roller, Nut Bolt, Magnet with brush. motor oil, Grease. Ram Spring, Door up Track Biscuits. Ram Rope, Door damage, door lock full set, main pulley,main contactors over load relay, brake coil gear oil single phase motor. motor couple gear over speed governor pulley.
