Scrapping, chipping, removal of paint, removal of loose material, applying admixture on the corroded steel after scrapping with Fosroc chemical on equivalent including scaffolding etc. in columns, beams and overhead Reservoir including disposal of Debris.

Removing of loose material in RCC columns, required excavation, footings for the encasing (Ring) columns, centering shuttering, scaffolding for overhead columns, required chemicals for coating of existing corroded steel. Admixture in the RCC for encasing column , curing rtc complete to strenghthenthe existing sloping columns of OHR uptoa height of 6m above the existing footings at Pundalik Nagar 300 m3 OHR. Admixtures used to be of fosroc make or equivalent. RCC to be used in encasing columns is 1:1 1/2:3 1 cement: 1 1/2 coarse sand: 3 granite on basaltic aggregates 20 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying cement plaster 1:4 for tank, columns and beams with Admiture of Fosroc make on equivalent (1 cement: 4 sand) with scaffolding curing etc.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade or new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Applying of Fosroc make Brush Band Chemical on equivalent for total 5 nos of coats inside the overhead Reservoir and providing and laying cement plaster of (1:4) 1 cement:4 graded sand with the Admixture of Fosroc on equivalent make to make the surface walls and Base water proof completely. The tank has to pass water tightness test with no dampness patches on the outer surface as the tank.
