Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Gas Bank At Annapurna Dining Hall-2 At Iit Ropar; 1 Lpg Line With Gas Bank ( 6+6 Cylinder Manifold System ) , 120 Ft, Long Including Gas Bank 6+6 ( One Set Working Another Set Standby ) Lpg Cylinder Bank Of 14.2 Kg. Each Lpg Cylinder With C Class Seamless Steel Pipe Confirming To Is : 1239:2 For Gas Bank Pipe Laying And 1 For Rest Pipe Laying, With Twin Stage Pressure Regulator- Upto 30 Psi ( Dial Type ) And Supported With Wall By Providing Adequate Supports Spacing Not More Than 1.5 Mtr. Fitted Wtih Flanges & Accessoreis And Isolation Valves Haing Ball Valves Of Approved Makes Wth Lpg Installation Certificate Having Carbon Steel Body, Ss Bal And Ptef Seat And All Other Fitting Such As Tees, Reducers Unions, Elbows Etc. The Piping Shall Be Joined Through Welding By Using Welding Electrodes Of Isi Marked Only. Care Must Be Taken To Prevent Rusting Of Piping Installation By Providing Red Oxide Primer Coating And Suitable Sleeve Of Gi / Wood Shall Be Provided Whereever The Pipes Are Crossing Through The Walls / Slabs Etc. On Completion, The Lpg Manifold Complete With All Accessories And Individual Components Whtich Are Subjected To Cylinder Pressure Shall Be Capable Of Withstanding A Test Pressure Twice The Working Pressure. All The Accessoreis, Components Used For Installation Of Lpg Pipeline System Shall Have The Approval From Oil Company I.E. Iocl / Hp / Bp Isolation / Shut Off Valves Shall Be Ball Valves With Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Lpg Manifold And Supply System With At Least Two Coat Paints As Per Lpg Color Norms. The Items Covered Under Scope Of Works Shall Including All Those Ancillary Items Which May Be Required To Complete The Work In All Respect Where Specifically Mentioned Or Not. 1	LPG Line with gas bank (6+6 cylinder manifold system), 120 ft, long including gas bank 6+6 ( one set working another set standby) lpg cylinder bank of 14.2 kg. Each lpg cylinder with "c" class seamless steel pipe confirming to is : 1239:2 for gas bank pipe laying and 1" for rest pipe laying, with twin stage pressure regulator- upto 30 PSI ( dial type) and supported with wall by providing adequate supports spacing not more than 1.5 mtr. fitted wtih flanges & accessoreis and isolation valves haing ball valves of approved makes wth LPG installation certificate having carbon steel body, SS bal and PTEF seat and all other fitting such as tees, reducers unions, elbows etc. The piping shall be joined through welding by using welding electrodes of ISI marked only. Care must be taken to prevent rusting of piping installation by providing red oxide primer coating and suitable sleeve of GI/wood shall be provided whereever the pipes are crossing through the walls/ slabs etc. On completion, the LPG manifold complete with all accessories and individual components whtich are subjected to cylinder pressure shall be capable of withstanding a test pressure twice the working pressure. All the accessoreis, components used for installation of LPG pipeline system shall have the approval from Oil company i.e. IOCL/HP/BP isolation/ shut off valves shall be ball valves with installation, testing and commissioning of LPG manifold and supply system with at least two coat paints as per LPG color norms. The items covered under scope of works shall including all those ancillary items which may be required to complete the work in all respect where specifically mentioned or not. Fire fighting arrangements for LPG bank should be as per guidelines of stautory body/local authroity/local government. Teh work should be carried out as per IS 60444:2000 guildelines preferred make- MS pipe of Jindal/Tata
