| 1 | Job order for repair to Tata Mobile 207 DI Veh BA No 08C-084934A under GE Ludhiana:- (a) Labour charges for oil servicing (Engine oil, Gear oil & Differential Oil) of the vehicle complete with replacing the following: - Engine Oil, Oil filter, Fuel filter, Gear Oil, Differential Oil- 01 Job. (b)Dismantling, opening of cylinder head and major overhauling of TATA MOBILE by removing nuts & bolts and transporting the same to workshop for carryingoutrepairs by grinding, facing and polishing etc of cylinder head. Grinding & polishing of valve seats. Refixing the cylinder head after repair including replacement of spare parts i.e, Head gasket - 01 Sets, Piston ring set - 04 Sets, Tapet valve with spring-04 Sets. Reassembling the engine and testing complete - 01 Job. (c)Dismantling servising and repairing steering assembly including replacement of Tie rod end set, Steering worm gear, ball joint & minor items like nuts bolts etc. and refixing the same and testing for proper functioning of steering assembly - 01 Job. (d) Dismantling of gear box & clutch assy, cleaning all components check the serviceability for repair including replacement of second gear, bearing, sleeve, oil seal, gasket set, clutch set and bearing.
