The ends of the M.S. flats to be welded with 2 x 2450 mm x 1150mm frame of M.S square 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet, two legs of M.S. square posts to be embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of 600 mm x 600 mm size and 750 mm below the ground level and keeping 50 mm height above the ground level, two coats of Epoxy painting on MS square, flats and backside of the M.S. sheets with a coat of primer and two coats of ready mixed approved brand synthetic oil bound paint over a coat of Epoxy coated priming on rearside of the M.S plates with Bands and lettering of different approved shades as directed as shown in the approved design with oil bound ready mixed synthetic paint and providing 70 mm x 70 mm size PMGSY Logo 2 nos.
3	Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes of embankment as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1902 of Specification for Rural Roads.
4	Maintenance of Earthen Shoulders (Filling with selected soil): Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at required OMC upto a lead of 1000.0 mas per technical specification Clause 1903 of Specification for Rural Roads.
5	Maintenance of Earthen Shoulders (Stripping off excess soil): Stirpping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at required OMC as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1903 of Specification for Rural Roads.
6	Maintenance of slab type culvert by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion,repairs to cracks, parapet walls and protection works. Removal of debris, providing boulders and protection work and paintingas per technical specification Clause 1909 of Specification for Rural Roads including cost of all materials viz. cement, sand, bricks, boulders etc. as required and as per direction complete. 8	White washing of of Parapet walls of CD work: White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning, scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of Specification for Rural Roads.
9	Maintenance of 200 metre stone and km stone by way of refixing of tilted stones, repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 metre stone, km stone and5th km stone as per drawing and Clause 1913 of Specification for Rural Roads.
10	Maintenance of Road Signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / regulatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings anddirection of Engineering - in- Charge and following Clause 1911 of Specification for Rural Roads.
11	Cutting of Branches of Trees Shrubs and Trimming of Grass and Weeds: Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.Wincluding disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1915 of Specification for Rural Roads.

15	Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1 grade) conforming to IS:8887 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of Specification for Rural Roads (1st Revision).
16	20 mm thick Open-graded Premix carpet usingcold Mix Emulsion Binder: Providing, laying and rolling of cold Mix open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (Passing 22.4mm and retain on 11.2mm) and 11.2mm (passing 13.2mm & retain on 5.6mm) nominal size of agreegates using bitumen emulsion of medium setting (M.S) grade compelling with IS: 8887 and having bitumen content of 6.5% minimum by weight of stone aggrate to required line, grade & level to serve as weiring coarse on a previously prepared surface, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying to rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller finished to required level and grade as per technical specification clause 508.2 of specification of rural roads and as per IRC: SP:100-2014, including lighting, guarding, baricading etc, complete.
17	Seal Coat (Type A) with cold mix bitumen emulsion: Providing and laying liquid seal coat (Type A) using bitumen Emulsion of RS-2 grade @ 12-14 Kg per 10 Sqm area over premix carpet and then 6.3mm passing agreegate over it and compacting the agreegate layer with 8-10 Ton roller immediately after the spreading of agreegates to get the finished surface confirming to IRC : SP:100-2014

24	Vetiver Plantation: Supplying, planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60cm wide and 45cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30cm apart, including maintenance of hedge for one year.
