| 1 | Comprehensive Maintenance of medical gas system During the contract period, the agency will do the service of following equipments’ & other work a) Compressed air system: Consisting of Air Compressors Oil free: 02 Nos Air Dryer trident: 02 Nos Air Filtration set: 02 Nos along with replacement of spares like Piston Ring set LP/HP, NRV Kit, Valve Packing set LP/HP, Grease Kit 2 nos one for crank case and one for ring set, Intake filter and crankcase filter, excluding rewinding of electrical motors b) Vacuum system and AGSS system: consisting of Vacuum pump and AGSS system along with replacement of spares like Piston Ring set, Gasket set, Valve assembly, bushing crank pin, Oil seal, and Lubricating Oil c) Oxygen/N2O manifold (Imported): 02 Nos & emergency manifold: 02 nos. along with replacement of spares like Diaphragms of control panels, Inlet filters, once in one year. d) Electrical panel: 01 No along with replacement of defective MCB, Starters, wiring, Fuse during the contract period e) Outlets points: 366 no. outlets HTM standard along with replacement of Seat valve neoprene, Broken /damaged Self-sealing valve, Cover plastic, Saddles. f) Zonal Accessories: Copper pipe line, CCB, BH panels, OT pendants, Line pressure regulators etc. i/c work for repair/ brazing of broken/ damaged copper piping at any area of hospital any no of times Complete in all respect but excluding the overhauling of Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, DG Set and Liquid oxygen storage tank or any other major repair involved due to major breakdown complete in all respects. |
| 2 | Providing Day to Day Operation of Oxygen Manifold System and Medical Gas Pipeline System at Rao Tula Ram Hospital, Jaffarpur, New Delhi by providing suitable staff well versed in O&M of Medical Gas Pipeline System on all working days including Sundays and holidays etc. as per Terms and Conditions required. 1. Operator Highly Skilled - 03 Nos (One No in Each Shift i.e. 6AM to 2PM, 2PM to 10PM & 10PM to 6AM) 2. Helper - 03 Nos (One No in Each Shift i.e. 6AM to 2PM, 2PM to 10PM & 10PM to 6AM) 3. Supervisor - 01 No (Two Visits in a Month) |
