Replacement / Installation of one Soft Starter of ATS22 model as per the details of work below: -a) Dismantling of the existing Starter from the panel chamber after disconnecting all the mountings, cable connections, bus bar connections / joints, control connections and other works to discharge the starters completely. Proper Cleaning of the Panel chambers after removing of the Starters from the chambers.b) Installation of the new starter complete in the chamber along with providing all material required and carrying out complete fixing work as per site requirement.c) Making the required connections from the incomer supply to the new soft starter, making joints etc. with nut bolts and providing all the material as per site requirement.

Making the required outgoing connections from the Soft starter to the motor / pumps by connecting cables including replacing defected bus bar links if any as per requirement and making joints etc. and providing all the material as per site requirement. Checking and tightening of the cable connections at the motor side as per site requirement before restoration of power supply.

Configuration / control wiring of the new Soft starters as below: -a) Making of required control wiring connections, restoration of wiring of starter operating system with copper flexible wires etc. as per site requirement.b) Making the configuration for the starters for setting up of tripping range and other calibrations etc. as per the load and site requirement

Testing and Commissioning charges for the new Soft starters and complete motor starting system after above works including testing for the functioning and operation of Motors as per site requirement.

Reconditioning of existing starters system as per details below: -a) Checking / Restoration of operation / Reconfiguration / calibration of existing Starters as per motor operation requirements. b) Checking / tightening of incoming / outgoing connections of the existing soft starters as per site requirement.

Reconditioning of Power supply system for existing Starters /Motors by checking and tightening of the cable connections at incoming and outgoing side of the switchgears, L T Panel and cable connections at the motor side as per site requirement.
