| 6 | (B) To carry out mock drill for prevention of oil spillage at Santa Creek inside the Paradip refinery complex and to provide qualified and trained manpower in case of oil spillage as and when required as per Scope of Work. To quote the rates per act for a period of 5 years. |
| 7 | To carry out 2 nos. of Oil spill response (OSR) drills annually at an interval of about 06 months in the Santa Creek area of IOCL Paradip Refinery. |
| 8 | To carry out 2 nos. of “Oil spill response (OSR) incident in case of any oil spill occur in Santa Creek area of Refinery” during contract period of 05 years. |
| 9 | To try out and operate the equipment at the time of each drill and in case of emergency. Also to maintain, overhaul and service them at regular interval during the entire period of 05 years. |
