Repair scope of the rotor includes:1) Receipt, Un-loading and un-packingof Rotor2) Cleaning of rotor3) Rotor and impeller run out check4) DP check of all impellers5) Dis-assembly of damaged parts6) Manufacture and replacement offollowing partsa) End Gas seal bushesb) Oil seal bushesc) Thrust collar, spacer & locking nutd) Bushes under journal area - both TB& OTB side7) Assembly of all new parts on rotor8) Re-tapping the Threads in the shaftend coupling side9) Burnishing of Journal bearing areaand probe area10) Low speed balancing of rotor11) Checking the residual magnetism ofrotor and De-magnetize the sameto the acceptable level, if required.12) Load the rotor in to the existingmetallic container13) Pre-dispatch inspection14) Preservation, packing & forwarding
