The cargo body shall be not less than 12*6.5*3 feet in size, it shall be fabricated from chssis sub frame of size not leaner than 5” * 205” and body main frame of 4”*2” MS channell supported by cross members of 3”* 1.5 MS channel. The plateform plate shall be not less than 4mm thick plate and the door and side plate (Double door) shall be not less than 3mm thick plate. The specification in general should conform to the standards postulated under relevent BIS and should bear itscertification mark. The cost includes Taxes and duties, Road tax (life) i registration, insurance, etc. The colour coding should be as per departmental officers instructions.
