| 1 | Notes:-(a) The rate shall be inserted by the tenderer under col-5 against each item for balance work only. (b)The approximate details of completed portion / incomplete portion is given in Annexure-I to Schedule\"A\"(BOQ). However the tenderer should visit site of work to ascertain the exact quantities of balance work and quote his unit rate accordingly. (c) The cost of rectification of defects other than BOQ item No. 2.00 to 8.00 in the completed items of works, if any, shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of Schedule \"A\" (BOQ). The defects in completed works is given in Annexure-II to Schedule\"A\"(BOQ). (d) No claim whatsoever due to improper understanding of the scope of work, quality of left over items / materials shall be admisible.(e) The details of solar installation as per site is given in Annexure-III to Schedule \"A\" (BOQ). |

| 3 | Completion of balance work for design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of the Grid solar PV panel for generation of 1 MW (AC)/ 1.05 MWp (+2% extra spares) at following places comprising of design and provision of solar panels treated with anti glare coating with Poly-Crystalline PV moudule, rooftop mounting structure (Galvanised steel hot dip pre-galvanised 80 to 100 microns), power conditioning unit, inverter, IP 65, power evacuation equipment such as cables, panels, control cables, earthing & lightening arresters, fire safety kit, Bi-directional electronic (KWh) meter of requisite specification alongwith suitable CT/PT, CCTV, etc. |
| 4 | including all civil (such as approach ladder/ path up to the propose bldg and SPV generator solar panel) and general works,preliminary and pre-operative charges,Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 5 years. Detailed site survey and comprehensive layout planning, evaluation and due diligence of transportation and embarkation of SPV Power Plant to the close vicinity of central location. | 5 | Note No 1 : The plant shall produce minimum generated electricity of 12,50,000 units per year.The work will be carried out as per sound engineering practice, as per norms and as per the technical specification/ drawings attached including the following :-(a) Standard/ Approved makes of cables, cable trenches and covers, modules, inverters and all connected electrical items and solar power generation items,CCTV, etc., to be incorporated as per design.(b) Bidder shall consider local geographical conditions/ meteorological data at the location for the required design period.Note No 2 : The contractor shall submit design vetted from National Institute of Solar Energy Gurugram or by Govt Institute authorised by MNREor NISEor any reputed Institute / Agency authorised.The cost of design and all other works shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of the item.Note No.3:Comprehensive maintenance of solar power plant shall start from next day after completion, installation and commissioning of solar power plant and all other civil, electrical / and mechanical work.The scope of comprehensive maintenance shall be as under:-a) Comprehensive maintenance would include washing/ cleaning of Solar PV Modules periodically as per pre-planned schedule. |
| 6 | b) Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant.c) Any other job other than above indicated jobs would be covered under warranty of Solar plant installed. d) Keeping the area neat and clean free from vegetations growth. Note No.4 : Payment against Sch \"A\" item No.01 shall be regulated as under :-(a) For material brought at site payment shall be done as per condtion 64 of IAFW 2249.(b) After complete installation and testing :- 80% of rate quoted against Sch \"A\" item No.01 less retention money and payment already made.(c) After complete installation, testing and commissioning : - 90% of rate quoted against Sch \"A\" item No.01 (less retention money and payment already made).(d)Comprehensive maintenance : - Balance 10% of rate quoted against Sch \"A\" Item No. 01plus 10% of completed value of works of Srl Item No. 01 of Sch \"A\" / BOQ.The payment for 05 years out of this 10% shall be 1.5%, 1.75 %, 2%, 2.25% and 2.5% respectively for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year of comprehensive maintenance.Quarterly payment shall be made proportionaly to the total amount due for the year.(e) The payment againstcomprehensive maintenance shall be further subject to satisfactory operation and meeting desired output ondailybasis.This means that for each day when the SPV plant is not operational for any reason whatsoever, no payment for those days, (on proportional basis) shall be made. |
