Tender For Complete Rewinding, Overhauling And Repairing Of Burnt 3- Phase Outdoor Type 630 Kva, 6.6 / 0.433 Kv Distribution Power Transformer Of Turamdih Mill ; 1 Complete Rewinding And Repairing Of 630 Kva, 6600 / 433 Volts, 3-Phase Distribution Power Transformer Of Make: Kirloskar And As Per Following: 2 Dismantling, Assembling, Oil Filteration And Testing: This Shall Include The Following Jobs Including Cleaning, Maintenance And Repair Of Buchholz Relay, Oti, Wti Etc., Complete Replacement Of Old / Defective Gaskets With New Gaskets 3 Dismantling Of Transformer 4 Removal Of All Parts And Core. 5 Re-Assembly After Re-Winding Of Transformer Coils 6 Filling And Filteration Of Transformer Oil. ( Test Certificates Shall Be Provided ) 7 Testing Of Transformer ( Magnetic Balance, Vector Group, Insulation Resistance And Other Routine Tests As Per Is:2026 Shall Be Carried Out On Rewinded And Repaired Transformer. Test Certificates For The Tests Shall Be Provided ) 8 Replacement Of Faulty Meters And Instruments ( If Required ) 9 Replacement Of Damaged / Defective Ht / Lt Bushings, Studs Etc. 10 Painting Of Transformer 11 Rewinding Of Primary ( Hv ) Winding: This Shall Include The Following Jobs Including Cleaning, Insulation, Varnishing Etc. 12 Removal Of Primary Coils. 13 Taking Measurments And Making The Forma. 14 Manufacturing Of Coils 15 Testing Of Coils. 16 Assembly And Connection 17 Rewinding Of Secondary ( Lv ) Winding: This Shall Include The Following Jobs Including Cleaning, Insulation, Varnishing Etc. And All Other Jobs Complete In All Respects. 18 Removal Of Secondary Coils. 19 Taking Measurments And Making The Forma. 20 Manufacturing Of Coils 21 Testing Of Coils. 22 Assembly And Connection 23 Supply Of New Transformer Oil After Replacement Of Old ( Used ) Transformer Oil From The 500 Kva Transformer. The New Transformer Oil Shall Confirm To Is:335 Having Bdv Of 60 Kv ( Min. ) Free From Moisture, Sludge Etc. Make Of Transformer Oil: Apar Industries / Poweroil / Transoil / Arabian ( Spl ) Only. Note: Transformer Oil Shall Be Supplied In Sealed Non-Retunable M.S. Drums Of Max. 210 Litres Capacity Only. Transformer Oil Shall Be Approved By Ucil Prior To Filling In Our Transformer. Unused New Transformer Oil And Old Transformer Oil Shall Be Retuned Back To Ucil After Filtration ( In The M.S. Drums ) . 24 To And Fro Transportation Of 500 Kva Transformer ( Without Dismantling Of Any Part ) From Ucil Turamdih Premises To ContractorS Workshop And Back To Ucil Turamdih Premises In Vehicle Of Suitable Type, Size And Capacity. 1	Complete Rewinding and Repairing of 630 KVA, 6600/433 Volts, 3-Phase Distribution Power Transformer of Make: Kirloskar and as per following:
2	Dismantling, Assembling, Oil filteration and testing: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, maintenance and repair of buchholz relay, OTI, WTI etc., complete replacement of old/defective gaskets with new gaskets
3	Dismantling of Transformer
4	Removal of all parts and core.
5	Re-assembly after re-winding of transformer coils
6	Filling and filteration of transformer oil. (Test Certificates shall be provided)
7	Testing of Transformer (Magnetic Balance, Vector Group, Insulation Resistance and other routine tests as per IS:2026 shall be carried out on rewinded and repaired transformer. Test Certificates for the tests shall be provided)
8	Replacement of faulty meters and instruments (if required)
9	Replacement of damaged/defective HT/LT Bushings, Studs etc.
10	Painting of transformer
11	Rewinding of Primary (HV) Winding: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, insulation, varnishing etc.
12	Removal of primary coils.
13	Taking measurments and making the forma.
14	Manufacturing of coils
15	Testing of coils.
16	Assembly and connection
17	Rewinding of Secondary (LV) Winding: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, insulation, varnishing etc. and all other jobs complete in all respects.
18	Removal of Secondary coils.
19	Taking measurments and making the forma.
20	Manufacturing of coils
21	Testing of coils.
22	Assembly and connection
23	Supply of new Transformer Oil after replacement of Old (used) Transformer Oil from the 500 KVA Transformer. The new Transformer Oil shall confirm to IS:335 having BDV of 60 kV (min.) free from moisture, sludge etc. Make of Transformer Oil: APAR industries / POWEROIL / TRANSOIL / ARABIAN (SPL) only. Note: Transformer Oil shall be supplied in sealed non-retunable M.S. Drums of max. 210 litres capacity only. Transformer Oil shall be approved by UCIL prior to filling in our Transformer. Unused New Transformer Oil and Old Transformer Oil shall be retuned back to UCIL after filtration (in the M.S. Drums).
24	To and fro Transportation of 500 KVA Transformer (without dismantling of any part) from UCIL Turamdih premises to Contractor"s Workshop and Back to UCIL Turamdih premises in Vehicle of Suitable Type, Size and Capacity. This shall be clearly mentioned in the offer
