2340 mm. thick red oxide flooring under layer of 30 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and top layer of 10 mm thick plaster of cement red oxide mix using 3.5 kg. Of red oxide of iron per 50 kg. of cement 1:3(1cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement red oxide mix of same proportion.
24Supply of indoor control panel, pedestal mounted, flush front, compartmentalized made out of 1.5mm CRCA sheet dust and vernim proof, double door with looking arrangement and canopy at top, having IP-65 class of protection suitable for operation on 440v, 550 HZ, 3 Phase and manufactured with relevant IS specifications. The panel shall be powder coated with RAL7032 colour. The panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame at a height of 30cm from ground having provision for cable entry from bottom. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).
