All the C and D materials are to be disposed through head load /mechanical transport including handling and re-handling all lead and lifts as directed by engineer in charge.
7Removal of damaged loose concrete at sides . soffits, and under sides of deck and beam, etc of different sizes and shape by stripping and removing old / loosened / blistered concrete by using chisel and hammer, or any other approved means and exposing the reinforcement and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brush including air blasting the surface to remove fine particles, etc as specified by the manufacturer or as directed. 12Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with factory made precaste concrete cover blocks of specified s izes whose compressive strengthis not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .

14One component, anti-corrosion primer for reinforcement. Providing and applying on a well prepared vertical surface Thorostructurite primer which is anti-corrosion primer for steel reinforcement shall be a single component polymer- modified, cement-based compound. The primer shall be formulated to provide dual protection of a polymeric barrier and an integral corrosion-inhibiting system. The primer shall exhibit quick drying within 10 minutes and shall have adhesive bond strength greater then 5 Kg/cm2 when tested as per ASTM D4541. The product shall exhibit good abrasion resistance by maintaining less than 60 mg/1000 cycle wear loss when subjected to ASTM D4060, CS 17 wheel on Taber abrasion machine. All scaffolding, ladders, supporting materials etc. complete. Rates shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, tools and plant etc. complete.
15Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer, Feovert on the rebars, after wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6-8 hour between the coats. incl. cost of transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.
16Eproxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.
17Providing and fixing in position m. sealant Bituminious sheet. The rate is inclusive of all the cost of materials, machinary, labour, transportation, glue and inclusive of all the taxes as directed by the Engineer Incharge complete.
18Providing shalitax pad in expansion joints of service bridge including cutting to required size and placing in position before concreting as directed by the Engineer Incharge. The rate inclusive cost of all the materials, transport and labour involved in the work.
19Supplying, preparing / mixing and pumping the micro-concrete make of "Polycrete A / B" of Sunanda Speciality Coatings orequivalent as approved by Chief Engineer, and 12.5 mm graded aggregate in (1:1) mix including preparing the surface and injecting using grout pump with 140 PSI pressure..All tools, plant, labour, materials including necessary scaffolding, etc complete.
20Providing and laying in position design Mix Prestressed grade M40 concrete using controlled batching plant/Ready Mix concrete including designing and providing centering and shuttering etc all complete as directed by Engineer - in -charge.
21Supplying and applying polymer modified mortar 75 mm thick average in three layersof Polyalk EP ( Polymer modifiedcement mortar -PMCM) of Sunanda Specilaity Coatings Ltd or equivalent as approved by Chief Engineer "including cleaning and preparing the surface,as per the manufacturers specifications and instructions and as directed.All tools, plant, labour, materials including necessary scaffolding, etc complete.
22Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer : Flamed finish granite stone slab. a) Jet Black

24Providing and fixing solid Ornamental Cast Iron (Malleable Iron) railing/Grill in desired size and shape as per architecural drawing including making die for casting as per approved design. The alloy should contain Carbon not less than 2.16% by weight and Silicon not less than 0.9% by weight along with other materials suitable to withstand salt water, high humidity for better corrosion resistance with necessary fittings and fixtures. The casting should be done at temperature 816–954°C and then gradually cool down to room temperatrure so as to reduce brittleness including accesories for fitting and fixing, cutting, welding, bending where ever necessary and cleaning the joints upto all lifts excuding painting. As directed by Engineer In Charge.
25Providing and fixing GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) Grill 35 mm thickness or GRC clAdding to concrete Pillars 30 mm thickness in plain finish in accordance to dimention mentioned in drawings. The material should be casted with Hand of Machine Spray method confirming Flexural Strength not less than 6 Mpa, Compressive strength not less than 35 Mpa and Imapact strength not less than 7 Kg/sqm. Glass fibre used should be manufactured by "Saint-Globain" or equivalent and must be at the rate not less than 3/100 (by Wt). Material should be casted in 100% white cement manufactured "JK Cement" or equivalent. Super Plasticiser used should be of "BASF" or equivalent. UV resistant synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by "BAYFERROX"(Germany) or equivalent. The material casting should be take place in Rubber/FRP mould. The erection should be "Dry Fixing" i.e. to be done with Stainless Steelfixtures and finished with chemical grouting where ever necessary. Complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

27Applying Epoxy Paint to metalic surace for effective corrosion resistance and UV protection and to retain long term durability by thorughly cleaning the surface and applying two coats of Aqua Sealer primer to receive 50 ~ 75 µm thick Epoxy coating in colour as directed by Engineer In Charge. Finished surface should be cleaned for any stains with Ethyl acetate or equivalent material.
28Providing and fixing Exposed laterite cladding 75mm thick with Patradevi laterite stone on concrete pillars as shown in the drawings, including 12mm cement plaster on concrete surface 1:3 (1cement 3: fine sand), chamfering the edges, filling the joints with matching colour pigments, including polishing the same with non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by the engineer, etc complete.
29Providing and laying Rough finish Granite stone in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 55 mm thick Granite stone slab over 30 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including carriage, cutting, rubbing, and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer : Rough finish granite stone slab - Snow White.
30Cleaning the surface and filling cracks (if any), applying epoxy putty wherever necessary, Providing and applying 3 coats of High performance moisture compatible corrosion resistant Food grade non toxic epoxy stearate coating (WATERSEAL) having impermeable film withstanding to hydrostatic pressure up to 5 kg/cm2 with a DFT of 250 microns on the prepared RCC surface. If there is honey combing or excessive unevenness in the surface then 10mm plaster in CM 1:3 should be applied on the entire surface followed by application of 2 coats of WATERSEAL with a DFT of 150 microns. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.
31Providing Deckguard coating including one coat of deckguard primer and two coats of deckguard "S" coating of FOSROC make or equivalent as approved by Chief Engineer including cleaning and preparing the surface, as per the manufacturers specifications and instructions and as directed after cleaning the surface exposing the cracks into V grooves and filling with Polymer Rich Cement Grout (PRCM) of Polyalk EP make of Sunanda Speciality Coatings or equivalent as approved by Chief Engineer.All tools, plant, labour, materials including necessary scaffolding, etc complete. and instructions and as directed.All tools, plant, labour, materials including necessary scaffolding, etc complete.
32Providing & Placing in position as directed precast concrete ARMOUR BLOCK of size 600x600x600mm along the Jetty made up of exclusively design mix concrete of M20 grade minimum cement content 390 kg/cum. Inclusive of all leads & lifts as per site condition, transportation from casting yard to the site, inclusive of all hooks lifting arrangments, transport, machinaries & placing in position as directed etc complete.
33Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. A. Boulder laid dry without wire crates.
34Providing and fixing Wooden Rubbing Strips in First Class Mattiwood along the perimeter of jetty fixed using S.S Screws etc. all complete including all tools,leads, lift as specified and as directed by the Engineer
35Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Ladder made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.with hairline finish, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer
36Providing & Applying Curing Compound AC-CURE-R (Resin based curing compound) or equivalent @ 1.82 KG per 10 Sq.m on concrete surface conforming to ASTM: C- 309,BS:7542,BS: 8110 Part 1 complete and as per the direction of Engineer in-Charge.
