It Includes The Measurement And Assessment Of Visible Damages, Visible Deviations And Deformations Like Cracks, Distress, Surface Damages, Flaking, Discoloration. Local Weaknesses, Settlements Etc, Visual Inspection Shall Largely Cover Areas Of High Distress, Abnormal Variations In Structure And Would Be Documented In The Form Of Worksheets, Photographic Records, And Distress Over Drawings ( If Available ) 4 Condition Assessment ( Ndt / Pdt ) : Objective Of The Condition Assessment Is To Estimate The Extent Of Deterioration Of Durability And Strength With Respect To The Design Requirements And Technical Specification.
