It includes providing 12 routine services, Immediate attendance of breakdown, if any Refrigerant Gas charging, if necessary during the CAMC period, the spare parts such as Compressor, PCB’S, Magnetic Switch, Transformer, Fan Motor. The CAMC includes following conditions: a) Once in a month Routine Maintenance Service of all the component of the System. b) 24x7 Call Logging to Redressal Mechanism. c) All other Spare Parts pertaining to the System shall be replaced or repaired by the Service Provider within a time based manner. d) Report to the customer in writing on any detected deficiencies. e) Proper inspection of the System from time to time in presence of the Engineer-In-Charge. f) Check all Safety parameters. g) Inspection of the System for any kind of minor/major faults. h) Inspect all safety controls and adjust if any. i) Inspect all operating control and sequence of Operation. j) Monthly Operational analysis of the Plant. k) Software Upgrade/Update. l) Review Operational log book of the plant on Monthly basis. Also Submit the monthly analytic report about the functioning of the System to the concerned AEE. Complete job includes labour charges, transport charges and other taxes there off. |
