Entire documentations with photographs ( Before / During / After ) for the execution of works have to be done. Photo Albums ( 3 Nos) / Compact Disks / Pendisks of required numbers as stated by the departmental officers have to be submitted for verification and for further future references. A Qualified Architect who have worked and experienced in the Dravidian Style of Architecture along with necessary sub- staffs has to be present at the site during the execution to sort out and decipher the details of architectural drawings |
| 6 | A Senior level architect has to be present during the visits of the Higher Authorities. The above drawings/schemes have to be prepared in consultation with the field Engineers and seems to be finalised only after the approval of the departmental officers concerned. |
